may nagupload ng roland play-along tracks dito sa pinoydrums dati... wala ata sa thread na to. those tracks are the best playalongs i've heard.

here's a gift for you guys, a new playalong track:

http://rapidshare.de/files/41227890/DrumheadMagPlayalong.zip.html

i ripped this from the cd of drumhead magazine (with bill bruford on the cover). i didn't buy the magazine since the content was crap, so i just stole the cd.
anyway, this is a good song-- it kinda has this relaxed vibe with it, along with an open, syncopated feel.

and because i've nothing better to do and i have lots of time on my hands, i've researched that this dude is the drummer on it:
http://www.artbernstein.com/
and that this is the band:
http://web.mac.com/drumsny/Home/ABCD_Website.html
kung di mo alam, isipin muna ang GMG bago ang lahat: Google Mo, G**O!

I re-upped all the files (plus a few extras in the package).

And I added two more playalong albums. One is techno-flavored accompaniment and the other came from the Roland V-drums site.

Enjoy! :-D

Eto guys try nyo, Mag download kayo ng Guitar pro tapos kuha na lang kayo ng songs sa Ultimateguitar.com. I know pang gitara lang to pero most of the songs there are complete with lead, 2nd guitar, bass, keyboards and DRUM TRACKS in which pwede mong patayin kahit na anong instrumento or tracks sa file. It utilizes MIDI files so medyo parang videoke ang tunog pero fully cutomizeable ang mga songs dito....HTH

Here's my share mga bros...
Dave Weckl - Contemporary Drummer + 1 (pdf+mp3)
Btw - don't expect crystal clear mp3's here. The source came from a worn out cassette
tape but the play along tracks still seems clear enough.
another download link...http://www.mediafire.com/?51kjz1zw4qwiq4v

"Contemporary Drummer + One...
An incredible Audio/Book/Charts play-along package, the first of its kind on this level, produced by Dave and Jay Oliver in 1988, features an all-star band including: Dave, Jay Oliver, Chick Corea, Michael Brecker, John Patitucci and Steve Lukather. Even Sheryl Crow sings a great song of Jay's, showing her great vocal capabilities way back then.

The package was conceived and designed for the drummer to help prepare for a real studio situation. A studio chart is included for each of the nine songs, plus a detailed book in which Dave describes his grooves, fills, and his analysis of each chart.

In-depth transcriptions are also part of this now historical, very challenging package."

Amen to that!
During the early 90's I had to trade my personal drum lesson books and audio just
to get a copy of this mother of all drummer's play along.
God it was all worth it!
Dave made sure his transcription on his Island Magic 7/8 drum solo was 100% accurate and boy it was! Borrowed a drum machine and programmed every each note just to totally check it out...AND WOoooOOOWWW!!! haha plakadong plakado! scrambled the bars and things got more interesting but still sounding very davish hehe! too bad that 36 page instructional book wasn't included on the pdf just the sheet music charts.

I just want to share a great deal I found but it only applies to those who have Demonoid accounts. It's a HYOOOOGE collection of drumming related torrents. Mostly videos but there are about 3gb worth of Play Alongs(and yes, those are in mp3's LOL.) Some covers like 30 Seconds to Mars, Staind, STP, NIN, etc.

http://www.demonoid.me/files/details/2570005/7762775/ <-- That's the link. It's a torrent file with seperate torrent files inside which leads to the specific trackers. You'll get the idea.

Enjoy Drumming and Peace to everyone.
