Try searching or watching any Valley of Chrome live performances sa youtube. Amazing sound nila live and they use the zoom g3x. Heavy sa solos mga songs nila.

Pero best advice. Go to a music store and test one yourself.

Salamat sa ASIO4all sir nagamit ko na, naririnig ko na yung sound sa headphones, ang problema ko lang ngayon mga sir, pag nag record na ako sa Sequel walang narerecord na tunog, pero naririnig ko yung ginigitara ko sa headphones. Di ko alam kung ano yung problema, pwede atang dahil nakalagay dun sa "recording devices", yung line in ay nakalagay not plugged in, di ko alam kung bakit ganun, pero naka enable siya, tapos naka enable din yung stereo mix ng realtek high definition audio. Mga bossing!!!May problema ako sa g3x ko...yung center at right screen nag washout sometimes either black or walang marka young LCD...hindi ko na tuloy ma tweak anytime I want. May similar problems din ba rito? Kung meron anong pwede gawin nito? Please help

Set mo input device mo yung zoom. Output device din ang zoom. Kabit mo earphones mo sa output L ng zoom.

Yung headphones nakakabit na siya sa output L/mono ng Zoom eh, kaso di ko alam pano yung input at output device ay gagawing zoom. Saan yun maiseset sir? Sa zoom unit ba mismo, sa Sequel, o sa computer settings? Kasi yung sa playback at recording devices, di ko siya maset as Zoom G Series ASIO Driver kasi di ko nainstall yung Zoom G Series ASIO Driver kasi nag eerror nung iniinstall ko kaya yung ASIO4All na lang ginamit ko, ang default devices para sa playback at recording devices ay Realtek High Audio Definition ang naka-set.

Ah sa asio4all na interface meron dapat yan. Search mo na lang pano setup sa sequel yung input output device. Dapat input device mo yung zoom

That's my another gripe on zoom units, aside from the flimsy tact switches the LCDs are really sensitive. I inquired from JB Music couple months ago on the repair cost, they'll gonna charge P3k.

Yun nga ehh at 3k pa ang pag pa repair? naku naman,. Parang ito na yata ang biggest regret ko sa zoom. Yung g2.1u wala akong naranasan LCD problem maliban sa footswitches na from time to time dapat ay palitan ng button. hahay, parang last na tong zoom g3 ko sa zoom products.

may "disposable" reputation ang zoom eh. Kung hindi lang above average yung tunog nya (and IMHO really good modulation effects), walang bibili ng zoom at papatay na lang para sa Boss o kaya Line 6. People really pay for the sound I guess.

You totally got it here sir. I use the g3x mainly for modulation and wala talaga akong balak palitan with other delays and chorus kung hindi lng nag ka problema sa LCD,.. swak talaga ang sound niya. Sayang nga lang. Sana i redeem ng Zoom corporation ang reputation nila.

You totally got it here sir. I use the g3x mainly for modulation and wala talaga akong balak palitan with other delays and chorus kung hindi lng nag ka problema sa LCD,.. swak talaga ang sound niya. Sayang nga lang. Sana i redeem ng Zoom corporation ang reputation nila.

I think if they had to improve the durability of their gear, they'd have to compete with Line 6 which I think they dont want to do. Basic marketing: If you want to buy at a reasonably affordable price point and still sound like the 80s, buy a Boss ME unit. If you want to buy at a Premium price point with the best sound and features, buy a Line 6. But if you want to buy at a reasonably affordable price point with a lot of features and the best delays and above average amp sims, buy a Zoom, but the more affordable price point comes with a catch: the switches aren't as sturdy as a Line 6's.

Marketing strategy nila yun I think, and they're really doing well with it. People love the sound of a Zoom multi fx unit s much they don't really mind that much snapping up another extra unit or upgrading to the next one

I stand corrected: zoom has the best delays for an affordable multifx unit  Agree ako na the best ang delays ni TCE

Habang ineexplore ko pa yung G3X ko, masasabi ko na rin na napakaganda ng delay, modulation, at reverb ng G3X, at TCE Delays FTW! Isa sa mga pinakasulit na nabili ko yung Flashback X4.

top of mind, yung random filter naka default sya, tapos yung delay nasa dotted eighth, tapos yung feedback/level enough to get me three to four taps of something like 90% of the volume of the original signal. Yung reverse di ko pa nakukuha yung settings na gusto ko, sobrang trippy kasi nagsspace out ako ng kalahating oras 

ang chain ko nyan phaser > dist+ > random filter > delay. juts na lang kulang

Close siya. Pero nothing beats the original. Madalas mas mataas gain tapos hindi realistic controls.

ganda lalo na pag naka direct sa mixing console. ok na ang amp simulator kaya malayo na ang tunog sa older zoom.
