as usual.. every day routine ko. 2 hours hand and feet exercise.. and another 2 hours sabay sa kanta..
kaso nabawasan ng 30mins kanina kasi ginutom ako kaya kumain ako. hehehe

ako siguro today magp-praktis ako mga tanghali. mga 1-2 hours siguro. then pahinga ng konti. medyo ayusin yung gamit kasi may gig mamaya eh (kasabay namin banda ni sir JP, GOAT!!!  :evil: ). tapos hintayin ko bassist namin mga 6pm, jam muna kami (with what's left of my kit). then mga 7 or 8pm layas na papunta sa gig.

haaaaaaaaaaay buhay...

hirap nga ko alagaan si baby eh.. natatakot ako kasi malambot pa. nako po ang bigat ng kamay ko eh. hehe

ako naman mamaya may dalawang student ako pupunta dito.. kaya binago ko nanaman kit ko.. pandak kasi yung isang tinuturuan ko kaya kaylangan ibaba ng husto ang kit.. tapos yung isa matangkad kaya balik ulit sa dati.. haaaay kapagod

i've been obsessing yet again on drum tone and stereo imaging. got a brand new set of pinstripes for the toms and i have to admit the improvement on tone is dramatic.  im studying the intricacies of drum tuning now via the drum tuning bible site (this is how that site makes me feel --->  :-o).  im hoping to get more sustain from the toms. ive been so used to single ply heads that having the pintripes somehow make me feel like im getting more "rock type" sounds now ala drum kit from hell, mejo matigas yung tunog. i'll post an mp3 sample of a drum solo one of my clients did the other day.  all in all im a much happier drumkit owner/recordist now :)

jun balaraw wag ka na mag practice ok na yang talent mo, hehe.  hayaan mo naman kaming makahabol sayo.  :-D uy congrats daddy ka na pala!

ive been on the my school band's band room.. sinasabayan ko yung mga songs sa mp3 player ko.. lalo na yung 'give it all you got' and 'feels so good' by chuck mangione.. whew! ang hirap! lupet ng mga palo ni james bradley jr.! hehehe

I had migraine mula pa kaninang umaga,siguro dahil hindi ako nag drums kahapon..o kulang sa tulog,sobra sa alak?
Ang sakiiiiiiit! S*it!
So, nag one-bottle ako kasi nga baka hangover lang..balewala pa din! Parang tumitibok yung sakit!! Di rin nakuha sa Tiger balm!
mag s-7 pm na,masakit pa din.Sabado night pa naman..di ko na kaya!
Bangon ako sa kama, punta sa sala,salpak yung snare...tono ng konti...palo! Hataw! Gulong! Iling-iling! Pikit-mata...Eto na!!...sinasaniban na ako ni john bonham!...pero di sya makapasok! Naunahan sya ng isang negro...di ko sya kilala!...Hala bira! pang ati-atihan na yung hataw ko...DING! DONG!

ako naman kakagising ko lang. mga 2:30am na ako nakauwi kagabi galing sa gig. kaya medyo puyat. pupunta pa naman akong cavite ngayon tagal na naming di nagkikita ni kumander eh. hehehehe...

ayos yung gig kagabi. i got the chance to see JP of yupangco pound away on the skins for his band GOAT (excellent). tapos dumating din si pao (peeves, magkapangalan kami) nagswap ng dvd's. to my surprise nandun din pala si sandy (sandythedrummer). kaya ayun! drumtalk! ang babait pa nila tinulungan nila ako magset-up! thanks alot mga pare!!! next time ako naman roadie niyo for the night!

errrrr... kulang ng mics... crap...

made a hole on the PEARL RESO... napunit last month.. the hole got big.. so i had to place the 8" splash for my guide to create a hole.. hihih ok naman na cya.. kaso malaki ung hole..

bumili kmi ng circular cutter... damn.. 850php.. super mhal...

trying to master steely dan's babylon sisters, recommended by drumster anthony for the bernard purdie shuffle so that i can advance to toto's rosanna..tatak tatak tatak tupak...madaya yung vfirth pad ko eh so bouncy so ghosting is happenin like a dream!

hey pmack, eto just got back to work..wow thanks man for appreciating my band's music..eto na lang yun way of relaxtion ko from work, ang mag-gig..hehe..you guys rocked the house and it feels good to play back to back with a fellow pinoydrums member..my regards to your bandmates and more power to your band..cheers to that man

btw sandy at peeves salamat sa pagiging one night roadie ko haha..ang hirap talaga maging drummer ang daming bitbit..haha..i owe you guys beer pero di pala kayo umiinom..kaya ininom ko na lang yun ililibre ko sana sa inyo haha..

btw sandy may crush sayo yun isang chic na kasama namin that night..ang cute daw ng hair mo haha..

pmack the snare you've used that night is a pearl sensitone snare right? sorry medyo ulyanin na talaga ako..haha..signs of aging..cheers
