Hand-Crafted in Japan (1977)
Serial# 16663
$1100-1500 Ebay price
This 1977 hand-built dreadnought was K.Yairi's take on a Martin D-45, and screams
"WOOD GRAIN!" from top to bottom! And its dry tonewood, after 38 years, gives this
guitar a distinct sound comparable to a Martin based on reviews.
I've owned numerous acoustic guitar and this is definitely a player! A musicians
work-horse due to its beauty and playability, which explains the checking, wear and
battle scars you could expect from a well-played vintage guitar.
The guitar has a few small dings and minor scratches, lost one tuner cover (refer to pics).
Fret board and frets are in excellent condition, Frets remain 75-85%.
Ready to play for another 30 years!!
