Well, I know in fact that some very expensive boutique guitar effects and it maybe included in your rig are actually have parts and when I say parts, not the casing, not the pots, not the switch but the most important part in an effects.  Can you imagine that, some electronic components inside your very expensive effects were actually made by Behringer.  At inorder nila yan sa anak ko who handles the international sale.  Pero sabi ng anak ko pangit talaga ang behringer

Did you know that behringers are disposable? Yes, Yupangco happen to carry behringer way, way back then, when someone came back to their store because they have a problem with their mixer and behringer told the yupangcos it can not be repaired and its disposable, dun sila nag separate ways. Now behringer is bigger than yupangco. Pero pangit pa din daw ang mixer nila.  But I think may mga after sale service na sila.

hindi na bago yun. even ibanez pedals uses chips or components na hindi sila mismo gumawa.

wala namang kaso yung sa pangalan eh. im just hoping that this change of ownership does not mean na parehas narin ang R&D ng behringer at TC. we all know behringer isnt known for being a top of the line brand.

I guess parang OEM si Behringer? Parang Samsung na taga-supply ng hard drives, parehong nasa Apple at MSI na computer pero di hamak na mas tatagal yung Apple kaysa sa MSI

it's an odd thing too, yung tipong naglalakad ka sa CBD tapos uy si Uli Behringer!  But hey if that means even better support for TC products, then I'm all for it!
Kadalasan naman din kasi sa panahon ngayon, mga holding company na lang yan, to consolidate allies and competitors into one super brand or ownership, then they become venture capitalists, and practically speaking that's how you accelerate the rift between the rich and the poor, but I'm not here to lecture on socio-economics. I'm just saying brand and company acquisitions don't really mean much anymore, except that you don't wanna have your favorite brand being bought up by a crappy holding company with crappy R&D and customer service
