55 kg and 5'6"... Parang underweight ka bro.. kelangan maggain ka ng konting weight... pero sa work mo mukhang maaachieve mo naman..baka nga sumobra pa...

Almost 1year din ako hindi nagka trangkaso at ubo. Dahil sumabay ang stress sa trabaho at puyat ayun bagsak ako. Trangkaso at ubo

Blindfold na lang siguro tapos kulong sa kwarto... Iba pa rin kasi ang tulog sa gabi eh...

Ayos na yan 7pm to 4am. Uwi ka na lang maaga. Wag na sumeg- way ng labas after shift. Pagdating sa bahay tulog ka na agad.

kada job interview ko, sinasabi ko na agad na hindi ako amenable sa graveyard. kaya wag na nila ako tangkain ihire kung sa gabi ako ilalagay. hindi uubra. alam kong dko kaya. but there was a time na nagbanda ako out of boredom. nakakatulog ako sa morning pero ewan ko ba, hang hirap!!.   kaya goodbye, hindi na pala ako music lover! nagpahanap ako ng kapalit. 
kung maiiwasan mag graveyard, iwasan nalang. patransfer or hanap ng ibang work. "madami namang work jan pero nagiisa lang ang katawan naten" -narinig / nabasa ko somewere

So tumanggap ako ngayon ng trabaho na graveyard. After two weeks, naghypertension ako dahil kulang ang tulog. Hahaha. Maintenance na ako para sa blood pressure.

ganyan talaga pag nagpupuyat high blood kalalabasan nyan. ano pa kaya mga nasa set sa mga palabas sa tv 17 hours sila nag shoot.
