Blueskrieg on PhilStar (tnx Deacon Blues)
« on: January 14, 2007, 01:55:13 PM »
Delta's TXT msg early Sunday morning urged me to check out E2 of Phililipine Star Sunday Jan. 14, 2007. Oh boy, what a treat!

Blueskrieg: The Fellowshop of the String

Sir Tinnie, MARAMING MARAMING SALAMAT po! Ang sarap ng feeling ng ganitong klase ng exposure. I AM SURE, NAPAKALAKING TULONG nito to the CD, the music and the BANDS featured.

DELTA, ayos pare! Inilabas mo na ang agenda mo huh? 8)

KUDOS ulit to all the bands PLUG, DAHON, SNAKECHARMER, FIREBOTTLE and KULUKATI.

KUDOS din to folks helping out; PhilMusic, MAI, THE BLUE RATS, Capt Eddie and CROSSROADS radio show at NU, VICOR and the venues that accommodate us.

Sana tuloy-tuloy! Sana swertehin tayo mga pare para tig-1 solo album kayong lahat ;)

Thanks din to Mon and CJ at Sound Weavers, take care of our tubes gang! :D

- Gerry

You're most welcome, Gerry!

As I told Joric, this is nothing at all compared to the time and effort that YOU guys are putting in to promote homegrown talent..

Hi there bluesy guys...

have read the article, have owned the album, have listened to the tracks... It seems that these new artists have come out of the open!!!! Saan 'nyo ba nakuha o nakilala ang mga yan???? hands off to the whole blueskrieg gang..... mas worthy pa talaga makinig at bumili ng hindi sikat na mga banda dahil you can feel their heart within their songs unlike some mainstream bands na nauuna ang porma sa tira!!!! you know what i'm talking to...

Galing nyo guys.... how's the selling pala in the market???? nahirapan ako humanap sa GALE eh... sa parksquare 1 odyssey ko pa nabili copy ko.... :-D

And suggestion lang po... sana announce nyo naman sa new album release dito sa philmusic.... hehehe para naman mas marami magkaroon ng oppurtunity na makarinig ng bagong-lumang tunog....  :-D

It's about time that you guys come out on the open... thanks for spreading the blues spirit ....

We're launching the new improved "10th anniversary edition" of PhilMusic.com soon - with articles, features, and reviews like the old online magazine format but with a web 2.0 feel (i.e. user-generated content). We're looking for content, and if you want to stick in a blueskrieg review in there, you are more than welcome.

Damn, this has got to be the best news for 2007. For us expats, this is the only way for us to hear about the Philippine music scene.

Thanks Jim!

Eventually, you can sign up as a contributor (working out the mechanics for that) and enter your own reports, blog-style.
