hindi kayo nakakaramdam ng pang hihina during the 16hrs or 20hrs na no food intake?
lalo pag may physical activities kayo? or iwas dapat sa ganon?

sadly, dehinds ako makaka join s kanila. gustuhin ko man. need na namin mag lipat bahay kaya klangan matapos ko na yung lilipatan  :cry:

pag may intense physical activities like takbo, susundutan ko ng light meal. pero pag normal weekday na office bahay lang, wala. andami mo malilibreng oras for other stuff pa when you get home kasi di ka na magiisip ng kung ano dinner mo/luto/hugas.
hahaha ako binibiyak ko muna yung wetpaks para makita kung may yellow thingy hahahaha

Oi pumunta ka dun kelangang kelangan ka dun. Gawan m ng paraan.  :D

Wala namang madali sa una. Pero pag nasanay ka na, parang wala nalang. Sa una syempre start ka 16:8. After some months na masanay na,  pwede na magtry sa 20:4.   Or pwede itry ung 5:2 . Pag hindi kaya wag pilitin. Lalo na kung may ibang sakit. Hindi sya recommended.  Or need  muna iconsult kung pwede mag IF.

Sa ngaun nakakapanghina nalang pag nakikita ko ung mga kasama ko kumakain tas ako nganga. Lalo na pag kagagaling lang ng activity.. like tugs.   Ang sarap kumain kaso dna pwede.

Parang gusto kong subukan to.. So kapag 16:8 dapat 1pm to 9pm lang kain mo? Kahit inom tubig bawal pag wala pa sa time?

haha na eenjoy ko lang talaga mga ganun pisikal na trabaho kaya minsan feeling ko kaya ko pa then marramdaman ko na hindi kaya ng katawan ko pag tapos na ginagawa ko.

Nagrereklamo sakin kanina c bassist. Kung tinuruan ko raw ba ung misis nya magfasting. Minsan daw nakahayin na, titingin sa oras tas biglang dna kakain.

Pero dko naman talaga tinuruan. Nagtanong lang sya  last week kung bkt sa dami ng pagkain datym, wala raw ako kinain. Sabi ko lang ganito ganyan oras ko. Wala naman ako inelaborate.

eto 1 yr na ako naka IF. parang dko pa kaya mag 20:4.  kaya ko paminsan minsan. pero kung araw araw....huhu....
      sir ralph, pano mo ba to nagawa.  tas grabe wala pang carbs.
      kung ako man mag 20:4, pagkakasyahin ko na sa 4 hours ung 3 meals to 5 meals ko which includes of course carbs.

I cook my food whenever I can.
If I can't, I buy roast chicken like baliwag/andoks/Mr.Liempo.

I eat a whole chicken. that's it. hahaha minsan kung papalarin na mura ang lettuce, sasamahan ko ng lettuce. pero yan na yung for the whole day.

yung boiled eggs ko, hindi siya hardboiled. ginagawa ko yung Ramen Style Lava Eggs para kunwari "treat" yung kinakain ko.
para maalis sa utak ko na diet yung ginagawa ko.

sa food naman, mga tipong curry rubbed chicken tapos pan fry in oil. or pritong tilapia.

ang mahirap is pinoy food like adobo tapos walang kanin. yun tlaga mejo torture. other than that very doable siya.
believe me, sobrang mahal ko ang kanin. di rin ako makapaniwala na naicontrol ko rice intake ko.

sa sobrang mahal ko ang rice, kaya ko 4 piece nuggets tapos 5 rice. hahaha

as I've said, yung first 2 weeks ang sobrang grueling. as in para kang kawawa. pero ang pangontra naman dun is kakain ka ng protein.
dun mo marerealize na, "ay, di pala ako gutom. craving lang for sugar". so maddifferentiate mo yung time na talgang gutom ka, or kung natatakaw mata ka lang. pag nadifferentiate mo na yun, mabubuild mo na yung discipline kung kelan ka tlaga dapat kakain. by that, madedecrease mo rin yung calories in mo.

ang carb kasi or sugars, will trick you into eating more. on a hormones standpoint kasi, sugar stimulates pleasure hormones so in a way nakakaaddict talaga siya. regardless if you're hungry or not, when you are addicted to something like sugar, you will take in sugar just to satiate the addiction.

when you get past the withdrawal phase of the sugar/carb addiction, that's when the diet will seem natural to you and hindi ka na feeling deprived.
its going to be a second nature to you and marerealize mo kung gano ka mali yung kinakain mo dati.

At totoo rin yun pagkawala ng "sluggish" feeling in your day kapag low carb and sugar intake. Tapos sabayan mo pa ng kape, sarap!

believe me papsi, pag naglolook back ako, di pa rin ako makapaniwala na nagawa kong sundin to with utmost discipline.
sobrang hindi ako disiplinado before when it comes to following a routine or practice habit.

sobrang double fulfillment na may results yung weight loss ko, at the same time na correct yung bad habits sa diet :)



don't get me wrong, nakita mo naman first hand, pag may gathering, pinagbibigyan ko naman sarili ko kung na earn ko yun hahaha
1 isol, 1 atay, 1 sate babi 1 garlic rice is hart hart HAHAHA
