the itchyworms are fantastic song writers. its amazing how they can put humor and wit side by side in one song.
e.g. buwan
bituin
chocophotoland
akin ka na lang

if you have their albums (Little monsters under your bed and NoonTime Show), for sure, your one lucky individual. plus, listen to Jackson and Grabeng Pag-ibig. Absolute genius.

anyway, other bands na magaling yung lyrics for me would be:
1. eheads (syempre!)
2. parokya
'Halaga' isn't one of their best songs, i know, but there's this line that really struck me:
"Minsan hindi ko maintindihan
Parang ang buhay natin ay napag-tritripan
Medyo malabo yata ang mundo
Binabasura ng iba ang siyang pinapangarap ko."
3. Radioactive sago project (de Veyra is cool, definitely cool)

in fairness, sana nga may band si michael v. hehe. isa pa yung henyo.

The word "create" is a verb which, in the case of this thread's title, refers to the noun "bands".

"Bands" has an "s" at the end and hence is plural.

Therefore, the thread's title should really be --->

"Re: OPM bands that create very good lyrics".

Rule of thumb regarding the verb-noun relationship: when one has an "s" at the end, the other doesn't.
