if i'm not mistaken, yung isang Strat-type na natry ko dati eh yan yung pickup sa bridge. PAF-type pa rin sya pero mas vintage Van Halen yung voicing. may sound clips sa sa forums dyan, pakinggan mo! gusto ko rin ilagay yan sa EVH ko e, pero ipon mode muna ako :)

pwede rin yung Seymour Duncan EVH Custom Shop humbucker pero kelangan mo i-contact yung Seymour Duncan directly. mas Van Hagar tone sya :)

you GAS inducer you. hehehe sayang  unavailable daw yung soundclips ngayon.

I used to have a EBMM EVH copy na MIK that i put a pair of Zebra SH-10's (SeymourDuncan Full Shred).  I A/B'ed it with the wolfgang.  Although mas may sustain si wolfie( due to the whole construction of the guitar), mas Dynamic and mas humihinga yung SH-10 equipped Copy as well as harmonics compared to the high output pickups of the wolfie.

too bad wala na sa akin yun. sana pinag swap ko na lang ng pickups.

How about the Dimarzio Virtual PAF's? Ganda ng soundclips nun eh.

Any of you guys tried the SH-11 or TB-11 Custom Custom? Eto ata yun EVH Custom Shop pickup pero rebranded for that Van Hagar sound.

hmmm that's what i don't know.. ang alam ko kasi by request lang nila ginagawa yung EVH Custom humbucker na yun e. pag may trip ako, hanap ako nyan to try it out :)

Buo ka na ng Van Halen tribute band. You can keep your "day band" pero just for the fun and novelty have another one (or the same one) cranking out 100% VH tunes.

That'll be a trip! :)

Medyo OT pero kung may Van Halen tribute band. Sana magkaron din ng Ozzy, Iron Maiden, Ozzy, Metallica, etc tribute bands para magkaron ng Monsters of Rakrakan sa Araneta. \m/\m/  :-D
