Ah yun pala yung Repetitive Strain Injury, now I know. Feeling ko sa picking hand talaga yung problema, though di na ko nag aanchor ng wrist, yung forearm ko dinidikit ko sa body ng guitar para di gano magaslaw yung picking hand ko, tapos kagabi lang napansin ko nung matagal na ko nag-memetronome exercises, medyo namamanhid na right hand ko. I tried yung hindi naka fix na forearm kaya ko rin naman, maybe dahil din sa dry yung skin ko kaya dumidikit automatically, I should start using body lotion 

I should also buy a strap, gaya nga po sa mga sinasabi niyo, for assistance nga rin naman sa pag-hawak ng gitara, less effort to maintain the guitar close to your body. Thank you mga ser for the response. 

EDIT: Normal nga lang pala yung naka rest yung forearm, mas magkaka-tension sa balikat kung ilalayo ko sa body yung forearm ko, maybe it's in my technique din talaga, more practice pa sakin and stick with slower tempo muna

hi guys! yung gitara ko has a rosewood fretboard, and has developed white streaks as of late.

what is the remedy for this? i'd like to keep my rosewood looking dark, sleek and smooth. i read on the internet that you need some type of oil for this. can this be bought here in the philippines?

should i take my guitar to a luther?

Can you post pics? Baka nagdry yung fretboard. Use lemon oil or mineral oil.

pero un nga , parang hindi buo tunog nang distortion.. parang hindi malinaw..
kaya ko nasabi na basag.. parang ung sa mga namamalimos nga sa daan na may gitara..
parang gnun ang tunog kapag nka - ON ang distortion..
 

sigur kailangan ko na ng mas maganda na AMP...

Kung dadaan po ba sa guitar amplifier yung signal papuntang mixer (Guitar>MFX>guitar amp>mixer>power amp>stage speakers),
yung tunog po ba na lalabas sa guitar amp is same na ng tunog na lalabas sa stage speakers? Or hindi po maapektuhan ng guitar
amp yung signal coming from the mfx?

magkaiba po ang tunug ng amp mo(as your monitor) kesa sa tunug na lumalabas sa stage speakers,, sometimes we call it a house speakers.... work po ng sound engineer yung gawin nyang halos magkapareha ang tunug nung dalawa (hahabulin nya yung timpla mo sa amp)... at ang pinaka malapit na ginagawa ng sound eng'rs is 'mic in' bihira sila mag 'line in'.... pero dahil na din sa technology ngayun, kaya na nilang gawin halos pareho ang tunug, at your most convenient style of playing.. hula hula ko lang po.

steve lukather is one of the best 'on the road' and 'studio musician' for me,,, a friendly advise, wag nalang natin lapitan yung tunug ng gitara nya, dikitan nalang naten,,, hehe... for sure,, he's using tubescreamer and mxr peds... few to mention nung na sindak ako ng gears nya... enjoy..
