haha.. i'm trying to jog also.. nakakataas siya ng stamina e.. kakahingal din kasi magtuloy tuloy na pedal e.. iba pa din stamina sa technique.. kaya kelangan ayusin ang dalawa.. hehe... gudlck in your elims..
mga chong.. i've noticed that there are many kinds of pedals, like chain, strap, direct drive etc..what kind of pedal would you recommend if i'm looking for speed and power without exerting too much effort (mahina kasi paa ko e)?
