bumabalik ang gas ko. last year nabenta ko 50% ng pedals ko (4 pedals lang naman) at nagsisisi na ako hahaha. ngayon although wala pang pera, ansarap magresearch research uli. bumabalik ung mga dating tanong, "get a drive pedal na for keeps na or a good amp na pwedeng dalhin sa gig". And again, same problems, "ayaw magdala ng mabigat na amp, hindi maganda tunog ng mahal na pedal sa practice amp, etc."

Kaya eto tingin tingin ng ZT amp. haha. Yung mga pedals such as Ethos amp, hindi ko naiintindihan, can someone explain? And btw, grabe pedalboard niya!

Pagkakaintindi ko sa ethos amp is that IT IS an actual amp in the form of  large pedal enclosure, meaning para syang amp head pero pedal format.

Pwede din syang maging preamp which is an actual pedal na gagamitin mo in replacement of an amp but you'll need an external power amp to actually amplify the signal kasi without it puro fizz ang madidinig mo.

So all in all ang setup ng ethos eh ganito:

As an amp: pedals >> ethos >> speaker cab
As a preamp: pedals >> ethos >> power amp >> speaker cab

Hope this helps.

papi emman, advice ko talaga get a good amp muna para alam mo yung tunay na tunog ng pedals and gitara mo. after which, you search for a good pedal.

Yung micro cube gumaganda ung tunog for me pag mga halfway yung volume which can be heard sa katabing unit.

yung ZT Lunchbox is just a loud amp. hindi naman siya uber toneful or whatnot. okay siya for jams and rehearsals and possibly small gigs na gusto mo lang talaga marinig, and yung nga, hindi hasel dalhin.

60w tube amp pala to

Try to clean and reseat yun tubes  or change  preamp tube especially yun pang-OD channel. Usually V2 position yun pangOD.

Tsaka anong amp yan?

Kung may warranty pa yan, ipacheck mo muna sa nabilhan mo.

no limitations kung pang strum or pang picking. be creative. know the effect and what it does, and then apply.

Big halls and studio.

But I'll take the tip. Just want to know what it does. Dagdag knowledge sa guitar effects. Hehe!

Expressions.

okay talaga TS9 paps, especially when paired with a good reverb, and a good amp :D (sorry, babalik talaga tayo sa good amp).

though, MXR reverb, there might be better and more updated pedals for reverb than the MXR. the TC Electronic Hall of Fame is a great verb that wont break the bank.

papi, sa 20K kasi mejo mahihirapan ka makakuha ng metal voiced na tube amp. best bet is to get a tube amp that takes pedals very well.

I think ang pinaka malapit sa budget mo would be a second hand blackstar/laney/peavey, or a brand new Goldea.

IMHO, I think okay na Goldea AT30, tapos feed a good pedal into it. the AT30 has nice cleans, and is loud enough para mapahiya yung drummer niyo sa lakas nung amp mo hahaha

Paps, please name me a "good" amp.

Specs since beginner lang naman ako:
-Wattage na pwede makasabay sa drums, siguro 50w or 60w
-Your definition of "good" amp
-For standard use, possible for all genre.
-Bang for the buck(please indicate na rin pala price range)

Thanks paps!
