Happy New Year, Animals!

oras na ulit para mag sunog ng naipon na taba from the holidays. im not into new year resolutions pero ito talaga yung magandang time para ma-track natin yung aim natin. kung may plans kayo like growth, fat burn, etc. ngayon magandang simulan tapos check nyo sarili nyo next year para malaman kung may nangyari ba.

yung nilipatan kong gym sa life homes pasig, pansin ko solid yung bigat ng mga bakal nila. yung 140lbs na buhat ko nung nasa manda ako parang 100lbs na lang sa kanila. may sinabi yung bantay na hinay-hinay lang daw ako at hindi daw "ampaw" yung mga plates nila - baka ito nga yun.

di ko lang sure muka ngang mas bago yung mga gamit nila sa mga York na gamit ko dun sa Mandaluyong. pansin ko lang talaga solid yung bigat. pag nagbuhat ako ng 35lbs nila parang yung 50lbs na York na binubuhat ko.

Probably it felt heavier dun sa nilipatan nyong gym which the other gym rats also experienced dun sa mga plates/bars na ginamit, kse  most gyms around the metro(usually the ones with  friendly gym fees)  uses plates/bars in standard sizes that you guys are accustomed to. Compared to the more expensive/prestigious ones like Gold's, Fitness First, Slimmer's, Eclipse(maybe), etc., or other  legit and controlled fitness facilities located inside a company building/hotels, they normally have weights/bars  in olympic sizes. Usually olympic weights are quality controlled for precise weight tsaka olympic bars are thicker and heavier on the ends compared sa standard-sized ones. Usually weight ng oly bars range between 40-50 lbs compared sa standard around 20-25lbs lang. Most likelly, iba din ang feel if you're used to using machines that are just plate-loaded or selectorized machines pero hinde branded or locally made lang.  Compared dun sa mga branded equipment(Cybex, Lifefitness, Precor, Nautilus),  na usually meron sa mga pa-sossy na mga fitness/health facilities, talagang feel mo yung burn tsaka sapul na sapul talaga yung intended muscle group when working-out.

Muscle House chong. kanto sya mismo ng Ortigas extension papasok ng life homes - tapat ng One Oasis condos. di ko kinonsider na bago o luma yung mga plates eh. when i first went there, all i was thinking is to accomplish my 45-minute gym time doing as many workouts as i could. pero yun nga, mabigat hehehe.

teka, nalito ako. so ibig sabihin ba eh mas mabigat yung Olympic standard kesa sa kanto kanto?

Muscle Mate yung brand ng isang plate na natandaan ko. meron pang isa. i didnt notice any weight difference dun sa dalawa. pati leg press ko balik 200lbs na lang from 300lbs dun sa unang gym.

so eto, may bago akong motivation..yung ma-hit ko ulit yung mga dating bigat na binubuhat ko with new set of plates hehehe

Couldnt say that it definitely would,im not into serious diet e.i eat tummy fillers on weekdays and pig out on weekends.

mga boss, sino ba pwedeng maging trainer/gym buddy? kasi may opera ako sa likod(Scoliosis). nagstart lang ako mag gym nung December sa Bulacan, may trainer ako dun. ngayon, balik Manila na ulit ako, gusto ko na ulit mag gym. kaya sana may mahanap akong trainer/gym buddy na walang bayad. hehe yung pwedeng mag guide lang sakin sa mga gagawin kasi nga iniingatan ko yung opera ko sa likod. salamat mga boss!

basta tip ko lang, you can eat whatever you want basta minomoderate mo. just because its low fat it doesnt necessarily mean na makakapayat sya. you need to exercise and do cardio to burn whatever you need to burn in your body. eat 5-6 times a day in small portions. magpapawis kung may time.

Yes sir. I have been doing that. Nagmiminimize lang talaga ako ng iniintake na food. Ang problema ko lang ngayon eh lunch, hrap magisip kung ano kainin lalo na kasi hindi na ako nagrrice and laging may class ng lunch time.

hehe ako nga hotdog sandwich at tubig sa 7-11 pwede na lunch eh hehe..

opo, kaya nga po naghahanap ako ng pwedeng kong maging guide at gym buddy na rin. kaya lang boss wala kasi ako masyado tiwala sa mga kanto gyms eh. hehe gusto ko lang naman po magkamuscle ng konti, more on toning ba boss. sa may mendiola po ako nakadorm. pero nagwowork po ako sa makati.

Ang daily routine ko, morning breakfast bawas aq sa rice and sa sugar. Ska na inom Ako ng milk and vit. C. Sa lunch naman meat and 1rice sa gabi tinapay pag wlang tinapay rice konti ln.milk bago matulog and inum ln ng mrming water.

Sa exercise naman
30min na treadmill
100-150 curls up.
Push up 50 ln d kya
Then dumbbell na 12 klos.
Meron akong alam na 4 na dumbbell exercise pra sa biceps and triceps.

Pro sa tingnin ko po di parin na babawasan un bilbil ko.?
Siguro eto ung consequences ng inum ng inum.??

Almost pareho tayo ng routine:

Warm up
HIIT either treadmill or spin for 10 minutes (at least 7-8 mph for two minutes, drop speed for 1 minute)
Weights, five variations, 25lbs, 12-15 reps, 2 sets, no breaks in between
Break
HIIT lunges, burpees, pushups, squats
Weights, five variations, 25lbs, 10-12 reps, 2 sets, no breaks in between
Cool down
*(Optional Chic-Boy, CB1 or CB6, 3 rice hahaha)

Itong routine nato lang ang nagka effect sakin.

Baka kulang lang sa intensity bro

Cguro nga minsan nakakatamad lalo na after school tapos pagod na pagod kana. Tiring tlga pro disiplina ln and bawas na ko ngayon sa sugars.

hehe napag usapan na yan dito chong. mga ka-gym ko dati sa mandaluyong nagte-take nyan. buti hindi ka nagiginig moody?

ako ngayon naka stack ng Testosterone booster at Whey Protein. T-boosters are  legit replacements for steroids.i couldve gone back to taking creatine pero ayaw i-recommend ng ka-gym ko na pagsabayin.so whey and t-ups for me.

the effects: itong t-booster, medyo moody nga ako.noticeable din yung energy ko at willingness na magpunta ng gym. at medyo dumadali din ang pagbubuhat ko.i could also up every set by 5 pounds and reach my desired number of reps with ease.online research shows possible side effects, if taken on prolonged periods, would be shrinkage of balls, excessive hair growth(body), baldness(head) at iba pa. i dont plan to take these pills forever. baka ngayon lang o kaya once a year. i just have to finish this bottle and im off to taking/trying out other supplements and workouts, wag lang ako mag plateau.

Started to go to the gym last month lost 15 lbs mostly water daw now comes the hard part! Fat....diet is less carbo and sugar?
