Ive tried one dati, di ako natuwa. hehe
My suggestion is..
Dagdagan mo nalang budget mo sir tapos bili ka ng iba like Boss DD3 para mura-mura or other delay pedals.

i never owned one.

di ko na din aalamin kung magkano brand new nyan since I will never buy one for sure.  :-)

balita ko is Mooer reecho (or one of its delay pedals) is the new DD3

i am really impressed with Mooer... as a matter of fact, they are already expensive on ebay. i wonder magkano sa atin? never got a chance to check them cause they dont have any in davao

-*-

in other delay news ... i am beginning to really miss the strymon el capistan. i think the tc flashback sucks lol ok, not really ... but theres something i dont like about it. i cant seem to stand it lately.

i am again GAS-sing for a strymon, be it an el capistan or even a brigadier... for some reason they are just easier to tweak, and has the right sounding repeats

Onga pala no! Mooer's good brand to consider.

Solid yung El Capistan ah. Bakit mo binenta? hehe

feeling ko a delay is a delay is a delay. slight differences lang when you switch to other brands. so i went to tc electronics cause its cheaper ... yun nga lang, i later found out, its way harder to tweak than a strymon. its hard to get a right mix with the flashback

I think it's the layout. mej cramped kasi yung Flashback eh compared to the strymon. plus, the dedicated taptempo. yun yung dealbreaker sakin ng Flashback eh. the audio tapping is kinda hard to do while on the fly.

I don't think the Flashback is any harder to tweak compared to most delay pedals...but then again I haven't really used an El Cap on a live situation. So depende na rin siguro sa type of music you're playing and the sound you want to get. I already have a pretty good idea of the sound I want on a delay pedal so its actually easier for me to get that on most if not all the pedals I've come across...except maybe the ms70-cdr...can't seem to like any of the delays :D

Analog delay?

Most of our local delay pedals are analog-voiced digital na based sa Rebote. Karamihan sa kanila nasa 2k-4k.

Personally, I'd prefer a Line6 Echo Park or a good condition Korg Toneworks 301DL sa budget na 4k.

Korg Toneworks 301DL? That's nice to hear. Why would you prefer that specifically? Thanks

If you're looking for digital delay that's not sterile (unless you want it to be), I'd suggest this pedal. Think old DD-3 or DD-5, but more tweakable and with 2 presets. Kung may tap tempo lang siya, I would have stuck with it.

Yung switch nung akin crapped out on me after about a year or so.
