STEWARD COPELAND. I think his style is a combination of pop, jazz and raggae. God! I want to see him play live! If there is somebody here who can play like him, panood naman nang jamming.

the drummer from testament.. i forgot the 1st name.. tempesta??? im such a newbie.. but i listen to some oldskul thrash metal.. and the one with the fastest feet.. the one with the swivel foot technique.. hehehhee.. derrick roddy too.. check him out.

Madami akong favourite drummers,pero eto ang ilan sa mga "Outstanding" so far...
CARTER BEAUFORD- For innovating a new language in drumming for Rock music.
DAVE WECKLE-For his Sensible and Dynamic use of cymbals.
DAVID GARIBALDI-Very Effective grooves. Tower of Power "Oakland Zone" album
THOMAS LANG-Technically robotic all-limb .....aaaaaahhh!! Can't find the right words to describe this "four-brained" monster drummer! Sya pa lang ang nag Drum Solo na very Musical sa pandinig ko..di gaya ng Idol ng iba,parang nag re-recital ng Rudiments ang drum solo!

Stick tricks pa lang dun sa Instructional video nya eh, parang ayoko na mag drums!!

Yup. Drummer of prog-rock band Queensryche. Very musical drummer. A talented composer as well.

I like his work on Queensryche's Empire and Operation Mindcrime (Part I).

madami talagang mga magagalin na drummers. para sakin, wala parin tatalo kay master buddy rich! yan ang mga idol ng mga idol natin.

keith moon din astig. ang dami nagsasabi na hindi siya makapag-keep ng time sa song, pero ito talaga ang style niya. plus, astig siya panoorin kapag nagdradrums! yung tipong feel na feel niya talaga ang drums. hehe, gsto ko matutunan yun, kasi kapag nagdradrums ako, wala akong dating e.

i find it hard to choose who really is the best drummer, ang dami kasi genres and styles of playing... pero here are some drummers i think i really find amazing:

The Fab5...hehehe

jojo mayer-foot work, drum fills and how he incorporates his playing on his genre.
steve gadd- jazz patterns and rudiments
dave weckl- galing ng knowledge niya both on his kit and his sound(live or recording)
carter beauford- hat grooves
vinnie paul-galing ng accents ng footwork

pmack, napanood mo na yung almost 10 minute drum solo sa isang tool concert? it said tomas haake sessioned for tool but it really looked like danny carey. id know cause tomas is a bit fat. and oh yeah, have u heard bout danny's one of a kind sonor kit? his kit was made of one kind of wood that became extinct after getting the trees for his kit... bad danny! oh well, good danny for his work in 10,000 days

but honestly, i like haake more. peace pmack!
