I didn't like it. A friend of mine bought it and returned it back the other day. I guess multiple patch is ok but the fake digital sound of distortion is totally useless for my music. Delays are not that acceptable either... try it first. Make sure that you plug it in a nice amplifier, at least 30W will do to hear your playing, guitar and the effects itself.

I say buy a Zoom G21.u or just invest a good amplifier like Vox, Fender or Peavey

Just check out the classifieds gears section and buy a second hand unit. Brand new is almost 8K in JB Music. You can also check out G1x.U (something like that) Much cheaper bu it plastic casing

ano pala negative and postive effects kung madiming foot switch?masmadami masmaganda diba?

Advantage. You can set and program different effects for a specific patch.

http://www.zoom.co.jp/english/products/g1/index.php <-- I'm referring to that. Cheaper version of Zoom G2

It's your choice if you would still go with the GFX series but I for myself thought that it is not worth my 4K. Sucks major sh*t...

Negotiate with these guys

http://talk.philmusic.com/board/index.php/topic,52198.0.html --> AX5G

http://talk.philmusic.com/board/index.php/topic,51521.0.html --> Digitech RP80

or simply buy cheapo GTX/ Boston effects. Only 1.2K each... you can't go wrong with those pedals

Between 707II or the GFX, I'd go for the first one. 707 is an upgrade from 606 which I used for several years. It has a decent modulation effect and slightly good overdriven patches. Just don't expect too much with the stability of the unit. Mine had problems with the input jack that keeps on turning of the device in a middle of a SET! I will still strongly suggest to purchase the newer Zoom products (G Series)
