I'm looking for indie (unsigned and yet unbesmirched by a major label
contract) bands of various genres who have original material they'd like to feature on upcoming editions of the PhilMusic Podcast.

Please send the mp3 files to philmusic @ gmail.com with a description of the band and a writeup.

We also need your permission via email to broadcast your tracks on our podcast without Filscap running after our trail demanding royalty payments. Please indicate that you grant us permission.

Like when someone asks you "Why?", and you’d simply say "Because.".

"Bakit?"
"Kaze."

No reason. We just happened.

Just like any other band they started doing covers and eventually proceeded onto making their own songs. With different influences ranging from rock, pop, classical, jazz, alternative, and a bit of indie and punk, their sound is mixture of layered vocals, guitar and violin dominant instrumentation, slow and fast beats, playful basslines, synths and light piano accompaniments.
