Ako may notes hehehehe

15 minute technical practice routine:

1) Right Hand (no left hand)

- Alternate picking, consecutive strings: 4 strokes/string, then 3 strokes, then 2 then 1 (2 mins)
- Alternate picking, string skipping: sames strokes as above (2 mins)
- Sweep picking (1 min)

2) Left Hand: (picked, all hammer-on/pull-off, or combination)

- Chromatic scale (1 min)
- Pentatonic (2 mins)
- Diatonic (2 mins)
- Arpeggio/Chord shapes (2 mins)

3) Specialized drills/learning new material: 3 mins

Sample routine:

1) RH
- Alternate picking consecutive
- Alternate picking string skipping: 3 notes per string, skip 2 strings
- RH Sweep picking pattern: C form arpeggio

2) LH
- Chromatic scale start at 5th fret move up to 12th fret, 16th notes @ 70bpm
- All Pentatonic boxes in Bbm sequenced in 4ths, 16th notes @ 80bpm
- 3 notes per string Mixolydian scale shape, start at 5th fret move up to 12th fret, triplet 8th notes at 100bpm
- C form arpeggio, start at 5th fret move up to 12th fret, 8th notes at 120bpm

3) Specialized drills/learning new material: Pick one

- new scale pattern/sequence
- new arpeggio pattern/sequence
- new fingerpicking pattern/sequence
- new licks
- bending/intonation exercise
- new technique

RULES:

1) Stick to one scale/arpeggio pattern/sequence per week, change patterns every week
2) Work on new materials/techniques for at least 2 weeks before incorporating in LH or RH sections
3) Be consistent and dedicate 15 minutes of your time everyday to this routine. You cannot make up for a missed practice  session by practicing 30minutes the next day. You can miss one practice session but not more than 2 consecutive practice sessions.
4) If you have more than 15 mins to play on any particular day, start with this routine and after which you can play whatever you want for the remainder of your "guitar time".

Good luck!
