Can Marcus Adoro "hire" some musicians and carry the name "Eraserheads"? Or rather can Ely rename Pupil as Eraserheads? (only as a matter of right)
or any other musician whose band has broken up and carry on with the name? (can't think of any famous ones as I typed this)

i think pwede naman kung ikaw ang band leader or main songwriter
take for example SOUTHBORDER.....jay durias carried over the name as vocalists change. pero wala na ata sila ngayon for some reason.
THIRDWORLDPROJECT was originally a band pero Allen Umali was the heart of it in every aspect so everybody was replaced except for the bass player.
in this case kasi para silang ERASERHEADS when Ely left...trying to carry out the name and eventually.... failed
awkward like the APRIL BOYS carrying out the name nung nag solo na si APRIL BOY REGINO...weird diba?
when you ask the people what they know of RIVERMAYA ang isasagot lng nila , 214, elesi, hinahanap-hanap kita, ulan, awit ng kabataan...sa mga bago youll be safe here, liwanag sa dilim, balisong......all penned by rico blanco. sa mga interviews i read once that mark said all songs are done in a collaborative effort.
