Pdeng foot technique or hand technique perhaps, basta that helps you a lot in playing drums

-- ako sobrang helpful sakin ung "heel - toe" technique na sobrang pinolish ko xa na I was able to make a lot of hits using one foot only and mas relax xa kay sa heel up technique for me, I dont know to use 2ble pedals eh, yun lang i have to bring my own pedal whenever i play in gig or sometimes in church...

actually, all techniques are important in improving one's drumming...but for your question...

Moeller technique is very helpful... double, triplet...mas maganda kung left and right hand mo sya kaya...but for me mabagal pa yung left ko...needs more practice.

^ Same here.  The Moeller Technique is significantly helpful to my drumming, especially with my grooves and sense of feel.  And in a physical aspect, it helps me play more efficiently.  Ika nga nila, it's economy of motion & path to least resistance.

I realy dont know the term with what I do. pero pinaka helpful for me when it comes to drum fills eh yung 1 kick 2 single stroke (r and l). its helpful for me. ineexpand ko nalang para mag tunog weckel ang fill. and mga back beats. sorry im iliterate when it comes to terms and technic titles. hehehe

di kasi madami alam ko pag dating sa mga tawag at sa mga terms sa pag dudrums eh. basta yung mga alam ko at tinutoro sakin ginagawa ko. kasama na din yung pag relax at pag dadasal. pwede ba yun? technique ba yun?

I guess for me  would be my awful lot of use of bass drum double strokes (the foot sliding technique), I use a 4 pc set-up most of the time so it really helps with the fills, and hmmm... hi-hat fills... But the techniques I've learned in all my years of drumming are all very important to me... it's just like a photo, only a portion of it won't make the photo beautiful, the whole image should be beautiful! right? ehehe...

ako pang flam ko lang talaga ang heel-toe... I don't use it for continuous 16ths or 8ths, I use normal heel-up when doing continuous fast strokes... Pero favorite ko talaga ang heel-toe... wag lang sa stock pedal ng fernando at yung mga maiikling pedal boards...

Aside from Moeller technique, ambidextrous/open-hand playing opened a lot of doors for new possibilities in my drumming style.

Though Im not technically superior,  I'd say I've gone a bit farther now than to  where my old techniques had taken me before.

ako din heel-toe. dahil sa iba ibang klase ng pedal na nagagamit ko. nasanay ako magdrums ng walang sapatos. paa lng mas madali mag heel-toe pramis

moeller is like whip action pag hampas mo 1st hit at pag i tataas mo na ung stick hahampas pa ng isa un ung 2nd hit...so pag mabilis sounds cool...

1. a ghostnote before mag-lift yung kamay mo,
2. then, hit
3. and another ghostnote

then balik sa #1..

I'll go very basic here: Rebound Stroke. Letting the stick do half of the work for you. You only have to do the downstroke, the stick will lift itself up to the starting position. If you are able to perform rebound strokes, it probably means you're playing with a loose enough grip, because if you're tensing up and you're gripping the stick firmly, rebound wouldn't be possible.

yeah i agree with the moeller technique, and ung ibang simple paradiddles kasi maganda gawing fills pag kinalat sa drums 
and mas maganda, you should know your role in a band. iba parin talaga pag alam mo ang gagawin pag kasama mo na ung buong band, ung ibang drummers kse puro flashy stuff ang ginagawa di na tuloy mashado maganda pakinggan pag kasabay na ung band hehe
