If it helps, man! 1 meg, IIRC. I don't think any Jazzmasters came out less than a 1 meg. Same goes for traditional Jaguars. The reasoning there is a vintage-style JM pickup has a lot more bottom end than other Fender single coils because of the width of the winding. It needs the 1 meg to bring the high end back out. I benchmarked it with my Strat on 250k pots and the Strat was still brighter. Good call swapping them out with AntIIs btw. Japanese Jazzmaster pickups are usually wound like Strats (taller and narrow instead of flat and wide) which might not be what you're looking for if you want traditional JM tone.

Awesome! thanks again for the helpful info, man.  Just googled 1meg cts pots, and allparts is offering both a "Solid Shaft" and a "Split Shaft Linear" pot?  Is there a difference?  Also, would you reco orange drop caps as these seem to be a really popular mod to "warm" the tone further?  Are there specific capacitor values I should be looking for to be compatible to a JM?

Lastly, are these available locally or should I order online?

Get one split shaft linear taper pot and one split shaft audio taper pot. IIRC, linear is for tone, audio is for volume. The difference between linear and audio is how gradual the resistance is when you turn the pot. You want it to be more gradual for volume. Solid shafts and split shafts usually just differ in what knobs you could throw on the pot. As for caps, I have no clue but the stock values are .22 or .33. I think my Jazzmaster has .22. I just got the stock ones used on AVRI Jazzmasters.

I don't think anyone really copied Teiscos and the Del Rey is a very iconic model for the brand.

I'll try guessing. First three sliders are on-off for each pickup, the last one might be a strangle switch. The three knobs I think are individual volumes per pickup with a master tone knob last.

Yes,  hahaha!  Thanks sir Gandy. 
3 switch for each pick up the red switch is for rythm / lead selector.  1 volume for each pick up and master tone. Confirmed it's teisco.  Either ET-312 or K3L (what's the difference?)
The tone is nice.  Parang ayaw ko na i Dispose.
