Fender just recently released new series for the Jaguar and Jazzmaster models. The Classic Series '60s. Features a '65 American Vintage Pick-ups. Retails at $999.

Still waiting on the sunburst road worn JM that's going out with this release set. No trem lock on these models though:(

For a hot minute, I was holding out to come across some cash to pick up a blemished TVL JM at zzsonds.com but the thing sold before getting any dinero. My GAS options are now narrowed down to the road-worn 60s JM or that anniversary Les Paul that's got the wraparound bridge and P90 pickups.

How are the necks on the Non-Reverse? I really wish Gibson or even Epiphone would reissue the RD Artist. That was bar none their coolest guitar.

neck is great. very well done. i'm comfortable with it. seems like it is a marriage between a jag and jm plus a bit wider (12" rad.). 2 things that i need to get accustomed to.
-the fret wires are thicker compared to fenders, but not by much;
-the neck location in relation to the body. it seems like the neck is taller compared to other guitars i've tried. needs getting used to.

generally, i'm pleased with it.

haha guys someone is selling here a 1967 mustang, around 17k php lang..mukhang pwede pa tawaran as walang gustong kumuha..kinda raodworn but looks nice (havent verified the authenticity yet though but seem legit probably some old expat whos selling off some stuff at home) ..too bad di ako mahilig sa mustangs..






haha antayin ko nalang na iprice drop pa niya ng kalahati..bago ako maginquire..haha

if its was oly white with red tort...then I might get excited..hahaha

That's a great price for a '67. Ask for a photo of the neck stamp na lang. Either way, pwede mo yan ibenta elsewhere for up to $700-800 and it'll get snatched up in 3 days tops.

To be specific, they called them Serviceman copies. They made a lot of Jazzmaster/Jaguar copies and some Strat/LP copies but the difference in hardware is often GLARINGLY obvious. The hardware on this looks pretty legit from the photos. Also, Gandy lives in China.

hahaha "expat"...but in fairness i have had amazing deals with them..really amazing!... not too excited about the guitar, actually ...it might be hard to sell off  here kahit  good profit..kung siya nga ilang bwan na niya to nilalako..haha..if I have time I might ask and inquire..
