My experience with stock Jaguar bridge is that the treble strings skip on the saddle's slot when doing whole step fulls. The 6th string also skips when you strum hard.

I noticed that the mustang saddles have no height adjustment. Is the default height good?

7.25 fixed radius on mustang bridges, the only adjustments you can make are overall bridge height and intonation but not individual saddle height.

For Fender Japan gig bags,
the padded one like this, yes.

Yung normal na non padded no.

Yung Fender USA/Mex deluxe gig bag yes.

Based on the built and the shape I think it's a Greco but I'm not sure.

Probably one of the no-name guitars made by Kawai Teisco factory back in the 60s or 70s. They were rebadged as Teisco, Silvertone, Victoria, Apollo, Del Rey, to name a few.
Others remained nameless as they were too ugly to be given one. Just kidding.
