hindi lang pala eto nanggagaling o nakukuha sa patis at iba pang maaalat na pagkain...

pati din sa C2! at iba pang tea drinks, milk at iba pang protein rich foods.

kaoopera lang sa barkada ko, ang laki ng bato, hugis coral.

dapat daw, malakas ka din sa tubig.

kun 1L C2 na inom mo...katumbas na 2L tubig ang inumin.

wow... nice thread.. tnx toybitz.. tama pala sabi ng tropa ko na isang bote ng c2 eh 5 glass of water ang dapat mong inumin para sa acid na dala dala nung c2.. tnx for the info... get well soon nga pala sa friend moh...

un ba ung dahil sa pag sinasalin daw sa bottles ung c2 e mainit nanagcacause para matunaw ung bottom part ng bottle na hindi maganda pra sa katawan ng tao?

hindi Bro. sa content talaga yun....

basta kun mahilig ka uminom na kahit anu pang on the counter tea like Lipton, Nestea, Zesto...tumbasan mo ng maraming tubig matapos...

So anything na instant ice tea, nakaka cause ng bato?

How about mga instant juices? Like yung sa jollibee and other fastfood centers?

hindi ko alam Karla eh...most likely sa Teas. kasi wala pa akong nabalitaan na inooperahan dahil sa mga juices.
