Ok, ito ang siste.......
In this thread, list your favorite guitar solo(s) of all time, write in detail the guitarist, artist, why you like it and if it had any significant impact on your guitar playing. And *along* with your list
you should also post a clip of yourself playing the solo(s)You can also share your settings regarding guitar tone, backing track, etc. but for the most part I'd like this discussion to be about actual PLAYING. Marami namang ibang thread dyan na tungkol sa gamit, tugtugan naman dito heheh
REMINDERS:
PWERA AWAY!!!!!1) If you don't like/disagree on a particular solo, then don't listen to it, simple lang. Don't go out of your way to tell the player that the solo sucks and he's out of his mind for liking it.
2) Offer criticisms in a constructive manner:
Example:
"Chong, medyo sintunado yung gitara mo"
NOT
"Ta**na, bingi ka ba?!?! WALA KA SA TONO!!!!!"
OTHER RULES:- 2 or more players may post the same solo, if they feel inclined to do so
- keep clips limited to the actual duration of the solo, para maliit lang ang file at pati dial up users makaka-enjoy
- marami namang may soundclick dito so dun nyo na lang ilagay then provide us with a link. Madali lang mag-sign up at gumawa ng page dun.
- as much as possible sana may backing track, kung hindi man full band kahit rhythm guitar na lang para at least marinig natin yung kinalalagyan ng solo. Kung may gustong makihiram ng backing track, arrange for it via PM.

HAVE FUN!!!!!----------------------------------------------------------
O, umpisahan ko na....
http://www.perfdecastro.com/stuff/fire-ice-solo_perf.mp3"(Until you suffer some) Fire and Ice" - Poison, Richie Kotzen guitarist.First exposure to Kotzen in a band setting. I already knew about him from the Bill and Ted Soundtrack, his instructional video and his Electric Joy album. Blew my mind! Seamless combination of shred and blues
Also made me realize that I don't have to pick every note, mas humihinga pag may legato lines ka sa solo.
Also caused uncontrollable urge to get a Tele!!! Hunted for a nice used tele all over Manila until I found one in Audiophile, a natural finished Tokai with black pickguard and a Dead Milkmen sticker in the middle. It used to belong to Franics Reyes (The Dawn). Eventually fell victim to my relocation sale prior to my moving to the US
I believe it now belongs to Arie H., mukhang tinaggal na yung Dead Milkmen sticker hehehe
TUGTUGAN NA!!!!!
