Where the hell do i start?
I already know the pentatonic scale and yes, i apply it to my solos and practice it by the use of backing tracks and stuff, but the other scales and modes, i really don't understand anything?
I'm really pissed

same case here..i'm not a good player but i'm carefully studying the theory, scales...and when i looked at it, it helps (scales) when doing the your own solo..some of them, i don't know where to apply and how..then it came to the point on my mind that it depends on your hearing, and your own creativity na lang siguro..
