okay naman sir. Pero ako nung unang program na pinagawa sakin is every other day Chest,Bicep/tricep | Back,Tricep/Biceps | Shoulders, Legs and lahat sinasabayan ko ng abs and minsan cardio.... pero sir yung chest tricep na regular? panget yan in my opinion. . ayaw mo naman siguro malaki harap mo, back/shoulders,legs mo naiiwan, hindi maganda tignan dahil hindi proportion parang jhonny bravo LOL.. chaka dapat may interval per muscle group, kunwari nag chest ka ngayon, after shoulders then back chaka chaka ka mag chest ulit para maiwasan ang over exercise... Pag winork-out mo isang muscle group ng 2 consecutive days or session,para mong hinihiwa yung muscle mo ng blade araw araw -_-
pero sir sabi kasi nung nag gu-guide sa akin. hindi daw pwede pag sabayin ang tricep and biceps?light lang naman yong pagbubuhat ko.. kunting chest then tricep at shoulder and back lang yon focus ko.and wala din sa plan ko mag legs pa.. ok naman yata yun sir?db?
