good advice, but in a perfect world, that would work. people are busy and pre-occupied with a lot of things. that's where these supplements come in. multivitamins so if you drastically change your diet you still get the propert nutrition that your body needs (sleep deprivation causes you to not absord this, so a multivitamin helps out). intake of metals, like manganese, iron, magnesium, chromium.....etc..... is essential to have a better constitution. just like the man of steel, he's immune to a lot of disease and illness, why? because he's 'the man of steel', need I say more? antioxidants.....as we grow old, our body needs this, good for our prostate, good for the liver, digestion and skin. also helps out in lowering your bad cholesterol, lower percentage of heart attack and stroke, your body builds more antibodies for bacteria and germs.....etc...etc....
once you have a full day, you're active, sleep sometimes is not an option. you get at most 4-5 hours. its how you make your body rest that counts. you gain muscle when asleep. you recover most of the days strain when asleep. sleeping is also beneficial for your mental health. if you're sleep deprived, you can't have REM, which is essential for a persons imagination and normal brain function. if you can't dream, you'll be dull the whole day.
Work, hobby (in our case music and to some a career), relationships and time for self improvement. where's could you find time to rest.
whenever you can, close your eyes. deep sleep is all you need. you can have 15 minutes of deep sleep and you're rested. (but not recommended). 8 hours of sleep is still the best.

don't drink weight gainers if you do not exercise. you are at rist of major health problems. HEART ATTACK, STROKE, ANEURISM, OBESITY.........
there is not substiture for exercising and eating right. its not an excuse that you don't have time to work out. 15 minutes a day is all you need, 3-4 times a week. that only takes 1 hour a week off your life. its not that much and its benefits are humongous.
what exercises you can do
jumping jacks
shadow boxing
calisthenics (stretch out all your limbs and joints)
ride a bike
basketball
table tennis
wash your friends car
clean your backyard
clean your house
all these takes just 15 minutes. eat lots of veggies, meat, poultry, fish, fruits, and nuts. drink whole milk.
DO NOT DRINK ANY WEIGHT GAINER if you don't excercise at least 1 hour/ 4days a week. Do try to at least do what I said above, you'll gain weight safely.
practicing/jamming with your band is excercise, but its ANAEROBIC. you need to do AEROBIC exercises.
