Lifting beyond your capacity dahil gusto mo.......is WRONG!!!! Nahihilo ka na pala, bubuhat ka pa ng mabigat. There's nothing to gain but intense pain. Try this when doing deadlifts. Get the weight that you are comfortable lifting for a good set. Sample - I'm comfortable lifting 30/30 lbs. (plus the bar) for 12 reps, 4 sets. I add 10 lbs to each, I hurt my back, I add 5 I increase my potential. I add 15 but only do 1 rep, 1 set, I tell my muscles to learn how to lift that.
Hindi kailangan magbuhat ng mabigat sobra to the point na you are throwin up or getting nauseated.
