=)) yakang yaka ng mga pambato natin yan. really impressed with the winning video eh hahaha must be the guitar's quality as well hahaha

O nga no, baka hindi na nga sya pwede kasi he cannot be seen with any other guitar except Lakewood.  Pero meron sya picture with Phoebus

Sakto nga lang si Sandra Bae

Yup wanis is a very good player, he truly deserves it.  But really Kevin, alyza & Vic along with wanis are among my favorites. They looked all business playing the guitar. .

Yeah, malinis bumanat si Wanis, perfect rhythm and very clear ang notes.  Wise piece din kasi may cascading harmonics.  Si Vic Atienza if sa GP nag record mas ok sana hehe.

7 out of the top 10 entries and of course the winner is from the Philippines!   :-D

We have 30% of all the entries, but won 50%.

May nakasubok na ba ng epiphone el-00? I'm looking for a solid spruce top, small-body acoustic for my son. Any other recommendation? Not too small so I can also use. Thanks

Phoebus baby (petite size dread) - pero solid korean pine lang yung top.  bone nut/saddles

Or Maestro traveler - GS mini size, solid red cedar top, bone nut/saddles

sorry shameless plug hehe

...Schenk.  :-P Ang stiff nung adi top! But since trying to learn electric for the last several months under rotation sa tonerite yung mga acoustics.  :-D

how much ba difference bro? i was able to try the Maestro Traveler and it sounds and projects very well for a small guitar. mas may note definition pa nga siya compared to ibang dreads.

Ano ang size ng traveler nila? 12k lang kasi ang cash ko and stretch na ko sa 14k ng el-00. Yung maestro elite is 16k. I want to test both to compare pero ang layo nila from lucena kaya gathering inputs muna until I have the chance to test.

Do they have a clip with a mic'd demo? I prefer to install my own pickup in the future.

EDIT: found a mic'd clip:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4I-9ZdGrTTM

Here's a clip of the el-00 (ignore the pro version's pickup, it sounds crap)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dnVwHXdlqDM

I now have an idea on how they compare though I haven't decided yet on what to buy :-)

for my ears, mas open sounding yung Maestro. plus the cutaway will add more versatility to the guitar, better for long-term use. mahirap kasi pag walang cutaway pag maliit na yung gitara.
