experiment ko eto: (pero hindi ko sasabihin lahat). Stress and strain test. Di ba sabi masama daw ang 7 days a week na straight workout. dapat 4 days lang, para me chance na mag-recover and muscles. i asked a marine how they train. they train everyday. lalo na pag hardcore, they do it straight for 16 - 18 weeks. they are RIPPED to the core. about 2-4% body fat.
I don't want that, di naman ako body builder. gusto ko lang na balanse ang itsura ko. my face gets thin easily. I build my arms fast. my calves are strong. ang abs ko, that's anothe story, hahaha.
stress test: all upper body exercise in 1 day. 5 per muscle group, 25 reps (or until i can't pump anymore), 4 sets.
strain test: alternating upper body and lower body between days. meaning, upper body today, lower body bukas, so my upper body recovers and build muscle, and vice versa.
both: the DeLorme technique, incorporated with the pyramid technique and my own, hehe.
De Lorme - army training type - bale 3 sets of ten. pyramid - lift light at first, then increase weight gradually. my own - lift until the muscle is exhausted.
doing these, during the first 30 minutes, it feels like, parang gusto mo ng umuwi at mahiga na lang. after that, your endorphines kicks in, serotonin and testosterone levels skyrockets, and wouldn't you know it, you've spent 3-4 hours working out.

@ pizzaro, ang laki pala ng katawan mo. you want more muscles, research on what Arnold Schwarzenneger did. his routine is the bomb.
