there's a thread here in GC about the line6 m13. try and look for it na lang... the m13 and m9 are basically the same thing. budget version lang ang m9.
M13 = replace your entire pedal board M9 = put on your pedal board
I've heard that some users in general do not like the dirt sounds on both machines and still use their current dirt pedals with the M13/M9. As for the other effects on the M9, i've heard nothing but good things.
Also, if you plan on purchasing the M9 here in the philippines, I would suggest you try and get in the states na lang, if you can. The M9 is around P27k locally. Very expensive compared to the US price of $399.

youre right, kase malamang ang mahal ng benta ng PP nito dahil hot item pa ito as of now. cguro kina bossingboss and the likes na lang magpasabay bumili para makamura man lang. :mrgreen:

yep! almost 27k sa PP. naka order na ako, pero sa states din. almost 21k lang. kaya excited na. :-D before feb. andito na epektus. bigat ng pod XTL eh. try ko muna stand alone m9. pag di ubra mga dirt modeler, external pedal lang katapat nyan. lolz

Correct me if im wrong, pero I've heard nasa 2-6k lang ang difference ng m9 sa m13. I don't think na budget version and m9. Kasi might as well get the m13 kung ganun lang ang difference.

It's wiser pag M13 na lang kesa M9. Napakaliit ng difference. Halos 2-3k lang. And kung may POD X3 or XTLive ka na, halos pareho din ang laman ng mga effects e.

If you get an M9, post a review. Maybe taht can convince me to replace my XTL, as of the moment, I'm enjoying it. Especially now that I have the Metal Shop installed. :-D

Now I'm gassing for the M13. Lol. Blows the m9 any day in terms of features. Only obvious down side of the M13 is the weight. 10lbs *facepalm.

Hindi sterile ang tunog tulad ng ibang multiFX. And the number of things you can do with it is just crazy. Lalo na siguro ang M13. If I have a spare $399 I would buy one for sure.

How are you liking your wah probe? I sold mine coz my feet hurt all the time when i use it. And my custom board is always at least 2" high (side facing me) and 4"(facing the audience).
may adaptor na bang kasama pagbumili ka nito? can i power it by a 1spot?
it comes with the original adapter. i just don't know that if it's autovolt. regarding being powered by a 1spot, since it's a smaller unit, i am pretty sure that it's less than 1700 Ma.

di ata pwede turi... i read somewhere na 2000 Ma daw itong M9. booo. balak ko nga din sana if i get one, one spot na lang katapat eh. i hate them big ass power supplies.

hey guys.. back from vacation....
Ok to mga bro... pinakasulit na nabili ko so far yung m13. The expression pedal is the coolest thing, you get to use it for all active pedals all at the same time. The dirts are actually good timplahan lang. Only reason I'm using another dirt pedal is I need another dirt on top the 12 pedals I selected.

I think just like the M13 it has that, you can set the note (whole, sixteenth, dotted fourth, etc ) or you can choose exact frequency/speed for various mods like delay, trem. the tap tempo then applies to all or any particular pedals you assign it to.

got mine also. sa kanya ko rin to inorder. sobrang bait ni sir japhet. astig talaga yung m9,, almost all the tones that you need. very tweakable din yung dirt. but i cant really dial up the tones that i want. pero sa mod/delay/reverb/filter, napaka astig. it goes well with my jetdrive. woohoo,, astig. very good for church use

don't have spare time to upload some demos eh.. olats.. hehe. yep! particle verb? everything is just awesomeness and unlimited sonic possibilities bro. you can rip-off those massive attack's (teardrop) atmospheric textures and coldplay's reverb layering. when it comes to settings and whatnot, just control how much of the effected signal is mixed in with the normal guitar sound. For extreme settings set it to full or for a more subtle effect set it to 30% to 40%, that will do. :-) bili kana.. lolz
@rolexm walang fx loop sir, m13 lang. pero oks pa din regarding pag cascade with some external pedals. ika nga walang tone sucking. with true analog bypass or DSP bypass setting up is simple and very robust. :wink:

Is that why you sold your delays? Because you have an M13 now?
Yup! Sold the Nova Delay and Hardwire DL-8 because I got this. Not to discredit these two, though. They are great delay pedals if the idea of a multifx irks you. It has replaced all but my dirt pedals and tuner in my board. Might also get a Hardwire RV-7 because I love the reverse reverb mode on it.

Been playing around with one and it has been eating up my time! =D I like it a lot. Even without the update.
I've been enjoying it a lot too :-) but the update contains 4 folders of additional scenes... It is soo useful to me since I got lots of scene combinations
one quick question: I am wondering how can I achieve an efx combination that shud sound something like the intro on this video? http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x9v8vd_the-gazette-the-invisible-wall-pv-h_music
it is somewhat a reverse delay?? :?

Pwede ka mag-sample ng reversed passage na 100% wet sa looper na mas spaced apart yung notes tapos sabayan mo nung arpeggios. O kaya pasadahan mo nalang na may reverse delay na hindi 100% wet. Di eksakto pero medyo pareho ng impact.

ung reverse delay lng kasi ung timplahin ko.. kasi 2 guitars ung e-record ko neto... ~1 for the reverse delay ~1 for the lead part
sana makuha ko ung reverse delay na 100% wet as what u have mentioned sir. may kasama ba tong synth attack? or maybe just a filter slow?

mas ok mag tweak pag updated sa 2.01,,, kase napansin nyo po ba sir na pagnageedit kayo ng effect e minsan tumatalon yung paramiters? pag updated to 2.01, mas smooth yung galaw ng mga knobs

Ah oo nga. Para pag biglaang timpla no? Para di nakakagulat. Pero mas interesado ako dun sa pwede na midi controlled yung looper! Kaya lang gastos nanaman para sa midi controller. Tapos expression pedal/s pa. :lol: Ok din yung additional scenes pero di ko pa nga na o-optimize yung konti lang. Baka mataranta na ako ng husto pag nadagdagan pa. :-D

1spot > autovolt (not problem), 9v 1700 mAh M3 > 240v or 110v (problem un hehehe), 9v but 2000mAh
pareho naman 9volts pero the mA ako concern.. kakayanin ba ng 1spot ung M3, i know universal ung Line6 na power adaptor (which means can supply pocket pod, pod, podxt, podx3, stompbox modellers. max niya is 2000mAh.. pero di ko alam kung ilang mAh and M3), any body tried na?

Nice! Kind of like the setup I'm going for. Except I put the m13 in the amp fx loop and use it exclusively for mods, reverb and delay. my external dirt goes out front.

Hey Shekoski! All effects block on the M13 are fully customizable so you can arrange them in any order you want. If you have external effects pedals that you use together with the M13, you can put them in the programmable effects loop. It can be PRE ALL which means before all other effects, POST ALL - after all other effects, or can also be squeezed in between effects block. As for my case, I patch it between effects block 2 and 3. This allows me to have a Compressor, Wah, Phaser (only modulation in put before preamp) before my Tech 21 Pedals and Suhr Riot and have my other modulations including Filters, Delays, reverbs, after my External Pedals.

merong effects loop ang M13 bro.. not sure about M9 though if meron. the good thing about the effects loop is you can change the routing ng loop for every scene
so you can have 12x4 different settings with some FX active in the loop, some auto-off, some in stereo, some in mono, and still... some iba ang routing ;-)

Bummer yang LCD problem nyo, mga kapatid! Sana ma-resolve. Personally, I've never had an LCD problem even though I've been throwing my M9 into the front pocket of a Dame guitar case for the last few months on a regular basis.
I've also been starting to use the M9 by itself even for dirt sounds. There are sounds in that box!
Yep, and the ambient sounds are killer. =)

Actually, he was using an original 220v adapter with that. That problem is called a print screen break. I talked to Raul quesada about it. he said that's it's an easy fix. It actually takes way longer to dismantle the unit than to fix the problem.

Very happy with the mods, reverbs and filters. The distortion models are not enough for me though, except the line 6 distortion and heavy distortion. But the Tube Driver and Fuzz Face models, doesn't even come close to the real thing. :lol:

sabi kasi sa ibang forums not to buy cheap usb/midi cables and go for the $50 m-audio (meron sa JB, mga P2500 yata). pero found this also and curious if it's good enough.
I saw probably the same m audio model for P1500 used. So still thinking... Haha. I think a cheap usb cable would suffice for backing up scenes and upgrading firmwares. If used for a midi keyboard, m audio nalang kasi baka pumalya for recordings or live.

More scenes and Relative Mode for smooth knob tweaks are big + for me. Basically that's it for me.
May napansin akong bug after updating. Sa multi head delay, i cant seem to max the 5th knob. Although hindi ko naman ito ginagamit before the update, hindi rin ako sure kung natotodo ito kahit sa lumang firmware. Also, I noticed some dead pixel like sa screen specifically dun sa box ng fx knob sa screen. Unnoticeable, bearable and no effect on the sound.

I think the effects loop in the M13 provides an assignable slot. So if you are only going to use external dirt pedals then you can place them post-compressors. Di din ako sigurado ha. M13 users, feel free to chime in.
You can assign multiple delays to multiple slots. I got an M9 thinking it like having 3 DL4s in the space of one. :-D While on the topic, instead of of using the Tri-Chorus model, try chaining 3 different choruses together. Sweet.
Sagutin ko 'to to elaborate... M13 FX Send/Return can be assignable either Pre-effect, Post Effect 1,Post-Effect 2, Post-Effect 3, Post-all, or Off for each scene you create. Not sure if the same works with M9.
Example, may Q filter ako sa Send/Return, Scene 1 is dirt so I can use Q filter pre-effect. Pero sa scene 2 ko I want the Q filter post-all effects except reverb para mas aggressive na post-dirt - same settings lahat ng pedals in scene, except when I switch scene, in one pedal stomping the entire routing of the pedal changes...LESS TAP DANCING and no A/B/Y switch needed!

What's bad about the m series is that its firmware has bugs. What's good about it is you can reinstall it.

Hey guys, i've noticed something recently because I just recently plugged this through an amp (i always practice using a computer). Specifically tube amp through an fx loop. Using the harmonizer with delay. I've noticed when a the mix of delay is about above the letter M of mix or more and the harmonizer's mix is about 20% or more, the m9 produces a "warping" sound continuously after pulling a few notes. After that, it doesn't go. turn off the harmonizer then it becomes ok. I think it's the m9 because im playing through it with a looper pedal. I turn it off to cut the signal, when engaged, there goes the sound like it never left. Anyone tried this before?

Pards, try updating to the latest firmware. Be sure to save your settings first. If the problem is still here post on line6 forum, richrenken and the other product managers should be able to help you out. This is one thing I liked about it actve yung support forum nila so in case you encounter problems like these help is on the way.

pre.. meron ako M13... ok sana.. kasi 4 Fx at the same time.. pero.. wala lang talaga xang volume/wah/etc pedals. try mo POD HD300/HD400/HD500 kakabili ko lang last january.. mas ok xa para sakin.. 18k lang xa.. mas mura keysa sa m13 :D

If you're going for the HD series, mas advisable to go for the 500 na para hindi watered-down version. M13 is actually much easier to use dahil stompbox (aka pedalboard replacement) talaga yung feel when you use it and the latest updates have different wahs/volume pedals & EQs already)
But if you are used to using POD X3 and other multi-effects boards like Boss GT, Zoom... Go for the HD500 since it combines both m13 & Pod experience in one unit. One thing na wala yung M13 that the HD has is the Amp sims and upto 8 effects sa chain (i think... and I think you can do parallel routing)... so there go for HD500.

i agree with that... durability.. lalo na ung stamp button ung akin(m13) di na mapindot ng maayos.

My bad. No problem at all. It's a indicator of two settings between expression pedals. I have 1 diy expression footswitch. Dun ko napansin about the bug, but just realized hindi pala siya bug. The footswitch is very useful though. I suggest getting it if you guys need it

Nakakarelate ako sayo bro. Nagstart ako magkaroon ng epic GAS sa HD500 early Oct 2010!! Tapos nagkaroon ako ng unit late Dec 2010 na!!! Hanep nung nagkaroon ako kahit 24hrs straight na gamitan bitin pa rin!!!! :lol:

Nope. Really easy. Ill take pics of mine soon. Hindi pa kasi siya 100% done. Di ko pa nalalagyan ng LED indicator. I used two footswitches. For expression 1 & 2 obviously. Now, I used two different switches. One is a latch switch, the same as those on truebypass pedals, and the other one is a momentary switch. I use the latch switch for delay settings, eq settings etc to have two settings in one fx. The other switch is for my pitch glide. Same use if I have a whammy pedal. Really cool sound.

There are two effects that you can use for volume swell. 1 is the volume pedal effect which you will need an expression pedal 2 is the auto volume delay. Have not tried to scoop the mix to have the volume swell without the delay.
Auto volume delay is awesome. Makes me want to sell my volume pedal.

I love the simplicity of my M9 than the full mFX HD300/500 series. It's almost plug n play. Most of the time, the M9 is my main "Minimal setup" in band practice and I just add a dirt and wah pedal if the need arise. It is my swiss knife and almost all the sound that I need is right there in that pedal that snug right in my gigbag. :-)

since the Line6 M9 is a "stompbox modeler", i use it as a "stompbox". all pedals in front of the amp and direct to the input.
not like before when i was using the Line6 XT Live, X3, the Boss ME50, the Zoom GFX5 and GFX1, all are into the effects loop in. simply because all of the units i mentioned earlier are "Multi-effects" which does some "Amp Simulation". not unless the Amp Sim is turned off. nevertheless, having the M9 is a great convenience, plus it gave me the sound i was looking for next to the MV Shredhead..
now, which is better? the M9 or the M13?

i have tried pairing it with other pedals but it wont fit in my Gator Padal Tote, looks like i have to make a bigger board if choose to add some analogs, iba rin kasi power supply nila. ung gitarista namin, set up niya: GUITAR>MV Shredhead>Artec tuner/EQ>M9>AMP. works for him. the Tube Drive of the M9 alone delivers very fine.

the tone is right ! i agree it is a "modeler"! pero imho hindi maka buga ng todo compared to the pedal it represents.
to summarized...sorry ppl but for the price of 23k i think it's too expensive...if it were priced around 17k locally I would give it a 2 thumbs up!

to get the tone/sound, you have to "tweek" the knobs. so far, my reverb/delays are kinda transparent according to my adjustments (although it took some trial and error). you have to do an A/B comparison to say that "hindi maka buga ng todo", i did some A/B (magkatabi at nasa iisang amp) and all i can say is, mas nakakabuga ito compared sa analog, again, all depends on the adjustments. i think the 5-min soundcheck didn't cover that.
but on the other hand, an Analog is still an Analog, dependable as can be, and as classic as it gets.
besides, mga technical listeners lang ang makakapansin ng difference sa sound, but to an ordinary listener, as long as it sounds right, yun na un.
it's really expensive (specially sa Yupangco). paying for quality isn't always cheap.. well, different strokes for different folks i guess...

imho sir may difference e..im not really the person to ask this kasi di ako ganun ka-bihasa sa tone..hehehe!..
i compared them dati, hiwalay ng chain ung DL4 sa M9..tapos i dialed the same settings(mostly i use the analog with modulation)..i think mas masarap yung tunog ng Dl4..hehe!. that's according to my experience naman..sometimes nasa amp din.i dont have a decent amp kaya d ko na-compare yung pedals..
.and in a live situation..mas ok parin yung dl4 kasi di masyado muffled yung tone mo..parang yung delay nasa background lang, pero you can hear it.
but syempre the M9 is a very nice package nadn..i bought the M9 so i can have all the Dl4 sounds plus some mods. i really like the portability ng m9 din..kasya sya sa guitar case pocket..haha.

5 mins is REALLY not enough, kahit sa guitar. I'd spend at least an hour kaka-gamit before I decide to get it.
Yung M13 ko nga almost 6 mos. na sakin, hindi pa din ako nagsasawa sa pag-combine ng mge effects eh.
Oh well, sabi nga ni Nong, "different strokes for different folks".

You need a midi to usb cable. Magkano? I got mine for 2.9k yata. Saan ka mag uupdate? sa bahay mo lang. Pero narefund ko ung midi to usb 100%. So nakalibre ako..

Yung midi to usb ata ang may kamahalan ang presyo.
Hindi lang medyo. Mahal talaga. May mga generic akong nakikita sa sulit. Less than half ang presyo sa mga branded. I posted it here in this thread somewhere. Pero sa line6 forums hindi advisable gamitin un.

9V AC "yata" ang requirement ng M9 eh. Yung PedalMax mo at Visual Sound 1 Spot, i'm pretty sure are 9V DC.

I've been loaned a Boss FV500L and am using it as an expression pedal for the M9. Excellent! A lot more options suddenly open up! The wahs are more than passable live and the ability to assign ANY parameter to the pedal is yielding very interesting tones. I've also been experimenting with the drives at rehearsals and jams. Pwede naman e! They just need more than a little tweaking. :-D
The Scenes function and Bank juggling are also very powerful and something we need to get comfortable with as M9/M13 users. And the looper is addicting!
Has anyone tried ordering a custom combo PSU yet?

Just as I suspected. Hindi niya kaya ung bigat ng data transfer. Or pwede rin may mali sa procedure. I used and expensive midi to usb. Pero mga 10 times ko siya hindi mapagana. Kinapa ko lang ung setting ng computer ko at napagana ko na.

malaki ba yung difference pag nagupgrade ka? more specifically, mas gumanda ba yung mga dirt models?
Para sakin sobrang laki. 24 scenes na ang available which is very useful sakin. Gumanda rin ang dirt. I should know because I had a line6 dm-4. Pareho ang tunog niya before the upgrade. There were a significant change after the upgrade. Latch and momentary settings are also a great feature for me. Lagi ko tong ginagamit (although meron na ata ito before ng upgrade??). Pati narin ung relative mode for adjusting knobs. the heel/toe display or as a call "dead pixel" display is also very useful for those who are using an expression pedal or expression footswitch for someone like me.

mabubura daw lahat ng custom scenes sabi sa site diba? walang magbabago sa default scenes. may nabasa ako sa ibang site na kailangan baguhin yung default na 60ms to 100 ms sa pagtransfer ng file. try ko maya haaaaaaaayyyyy....gusto ko na talagang maupdate tong M13 ko....wala na ba yung USB mo sir pao? :(

finally got an M9! :lol:
so far so good! sinubukan ko ng m9 lang live, ok naman :-D engots lang may times na napupunta sa tuner mode or setup mode accidentally! :-( i have to work on that. hehe
mine says it got v2.01 firmware, do i need to upgrade pa to 2.04? parang wala naman masyadong changes?

Actually yung ang strength ng Line 6 yung free software/firmware updates nila. Yung tipong after ilang months ng pagbili mo ng item nila, pagnaglabas sila ng bagong firmware update, feeling mo bumili ka ng bagong item nila kasi for sure masmaganda tunog at may additional features pa.

Never pa nangyari sakin to. Pero ung 3A ko tinopak na. Hindi kumakagat pag pinipindot. Binuksan ko ung unit ko. Ang hirap kalasin kaya binalik ko nalang. Tapos ang weird bigla nalang siyang umayos.

just to add. fragile lang design nila sa mga footswitches kasi nakahook lang sila sa plastic mount. hindi nakascrew sa case mismo :lol:

I changed my mind about selling the m9 haha, fell in love with it uli after yahoo! fixed the switches and that stupid pot that selects the modes...

mas matibay ba tayaga yung masmahal? kamuka ata yan nung sa nova delay no?
Mukhang parehas lang matibay masmasarap lang gamitin yan. Yung tig 190php kasi ang alam ko matigas yun tapos malakas yung clicking sound niya. Yung tipong pag-unang gamit mo feeling mo may mababali sa loob ng footswitch. Hindi lang ako sure.

Pwede. I actually recommend th P190 sa patch selection and engaging/disengaging effects. Kasi may click un at malalaman mo kung naapakan mo talaga. ung 295 naman sa tap tempo.

I dont have my unit in front of me so I cant really give you a walkthrough. But you can read the manual kung kasama siya. Or kung wala, downloadable naman ang manual nila from their website.
Once you know your firmware and if it's in a the latest firmware, then you are in for a treat. Sulit ang latest firmware.

Here's the scenario. I just purchased a Line6 M9 recently and encountered a problem. The output signal cuts off while playing and needs to be restrated (power off then on) to work normally again. As in no sound is coming out of the unit until restart. I updated the firmware to 2.04 and so far the problem is fixed. I have to observe it for the following weeks to see if mag-arise uli yung problem.
May isa pa po akong napansin. When I'm turing on the unit, some of the effects seemed to be normally turned on especially the ones that I recently used. Its happening even if I bypassed all the effects before turing the unit off. I didn't noticed this behavior before the update.
To those who updated their M9, ganito din po ba yung naging behavior? Advise naman po mga sir... Thanks in advance.

Dont know about the first issue. Never happened to me. Did it recur?
About the second issue, there is an autosave and manual save feature. If you left your effects turned on then you unplug the unit, if will come back like you left if on auto save. Switch to manual save and see if there is a positive result. Dont forget to save your setting though

Of course normal un. How can you play guitar when you cant pass through an off unit? That is not called bypass for nothing.

You mean like a ring modulator sound specially when playing more than 1 note? It is some sort of hardware limitation causing a tracking error or sometimes delayed output sound. The M9/M13 willl not give you a decent pitch shifter due to H/W limitation. I have a Zoom G3 and it has a better pitch shifter and you can play a decent multi note/polyphony and still get better result.
The best advise is for you is to tune your guitar to standard then get a Morpheus DropTune (www.youtube.com/watch?v=DcDvSq1pFjA) to drop the tuning to C# using the pedal. With this setup, you can get at least 85% decent dropped tune sound (since there is no substitute to the real thing) and will no longer be noticeable within the mix. HTH :wink:

Flimsy talaga yung stock switches. kung confident ka na buksan yung m9 mo madali lang yung fix jan. open mo yung m9 locate mo yung switch na sira. sa footswitch mismo may dalawang part: yung plastic na plunger (parang pako) at yung spring. pwede mo ibend slightly inward yung end nugng spring o gawin mo yung ginawa ko. nagapply ako onting adhesive paradi matanggal yung plunger. Pero long term i suggest na palitan mo nung self contained switches yung m9 mo parang yung sa mga diy tap tempo.

i got an M9,.. then have it modded to have an external tap tempo connecting at expression pedal 1,..
my problem now is,..
i cannot go to the looper mode whenever i use the original AC adapter of it,,.
but whenever i use a 1spot adapter w/c is 9v DC(imo might fry my M9),. the M9 works perfectly,.. i can use the external tap tempo,.. and also use it to go to the looper mode,..
anyone who uses 1 spot to power your m9???
right now i'm powering a J&H, Liverpool & line6 M9,.. no problem for now.,, i'm worried that 1spot might cause a damage on my M9 in the long run,.. but i can't explain why m9 works perfectly to 1 spot, instead of it's own adapter that comes with it,..
i'm thinking there is wrong in the mod,...???

i got an M9,.. then have it modded to have an external tap tempo connecting at expression pedal 1,..
my problem now is,..
i cannot go to the looper mode whenever i use the original AC adapter of it,,.
but whenever i use a 1spot adapter w/c is 9v DC(imo might fry my M9),. the M9 works perfectly,.. i can use the external tap tempo,.. and also use it to go to the looper mode,..
anyone who uses 1 spot to power your m9???
right now i'm powering a J&H, Liverpool & line6 M9,.. no problem for now.,, i'm worried that 1spot might cause a damage on my M9 in the long run,.. but i can't explain why m9 works perfectly to 1 spot, instead of it's own adapter that comes with it,..
i'm thinking there is wrong in the mod,...???

Have been using it for a year na sir wala man ako naging problem. Wag lang po siguro isasaksak ung ibang pedal kasama nung m9 sa isang power adapter kasi nung nag try po ako to lessen ung mga isasaksak e may naging noise na sya. Bka lang po kasi maka cause ng sira sa unit.
Anyway sir. Any chance po na malaman kung saan po kau nagpa mod ng m9 nyo? Sira na po kasi mga switches ng unit ko and gusto ko sna ipa mod na din. Thanks"

a forumer named yahoo,.. almost 4 months ko na po gamit ung 1 spot with no problem,.. babalikan ko po itong thread na to,.. pag umabot ako hangang next year, sana naman po e walang maging sira s m9 ko,.. hehhhe,.. babalitaan ko po kayo,..

I suggest ung powerall bro. Kasi ung 1spot e 1500 milliamp lang. Ung powerall kasi e 2000 milliamp na saktong power requirement ng m9. Mag isang taon ko na po gamit itong powerall ko sa m9 wala nmn po ako naging problem.

Pag bumili ka sir ng powerall e may kasama un na green adapter. Un po ung gamitin mo to connect ung powerall sa m9.

Hi mga kap. Nagbabalak po akong bumili ng either M9 or M13. Ite-trade ko yung Zoom G3X ko. Naisip ko sana M9 kaso 2k lang difference sa M13. Pero gagamitin kong main drive is Shredhead tapos Mooer Green Mile. Mas okay ba ang tube screamer ng M9/M13 compared to Green Mile? Balak ko din mag buo pa around the M9/M13 after. Anong mas advisable? Feeling ko kase mas sulit M13 kaso ang laki lang talaga n'ya. Haha. Tsaka parang mas madali gamitin at mas swabe yung looper mode nya kesa sa M9.

Hi, I use my m9 with godlyke and everything works great. I use the godlyke to power up the m9, mooer green mile, black secret, reecho and DOD FX17 wah. The only issue is if you use tje m9s dirt settings, it'll produce humming high pitch noise but if I'm using the mooer gren mile and black secret as dist/od, wala cyang noise at all! Imho napakagandang power supply nitong godlyke to power up our m9 along with few extra pedals! ;D

I used Both before.. I even had them on the same board... well Line6 states that M9 is True Analog Bypass or DSP Bypass (http://line6.com/m9/specs.html) and M13 is True bypass (http://line6.com/m13/specs.html)
On my own experience, They are the best multi's i've used... ganda especially on modulations and reverbs but not delays... that's why I bought a separate delay pedal (Nova Delay).
Kung maarte ka sa delay like me, then buy a separate delay pedal...
in Conclusion: M9s and M13s are better than HD Series

Will most definitely work in latch mode. Fx loop is also handy to get my dual overdrive in. :)
Any pedalboard recommendations for this? It's going to be joined by a L6 expression pedal, AMT japanese girl wah and Boss SD2 (plus the power supply of course). Thank you!

Guys, posible ba to sa m13: External drive pedal that's always on and plugged in the fx loop, tapos pwede mo i-assign sa isang effect block? So instead of using the built in drives, gamitin ko for example boss overdrive?

Finally got it! I just used latch scene mode and toggled each scene's fx loop setting to on or off depending on the effect. So this virtually toggles my external stompboxes at will, plus each external box may be pre-armed before switching :)

Since I got my line6 m9 about 4 years ago, I have been struggling with a 120v adaptor and a converter. They are both really bulky And I have not used it for a while now.
This time I have decided to use it again cause I miss it so much. I just ordered this

It depends on the amp. Pero the best siya sa direct recording. Gusto ko narin siya dispatcha kaso wala ako maisip na pamalit kahit maraming mas maganda tulad ng wampler. Ayaw ko lang sumugal hehe.
Sa wah naman papalit palit ako. Vox-Crybaby-Morley tapos vox ulit. Ung vox talaga nagstay hehe

i just bought a bnew unit last aug 21, i think kung may budget worth it naman kasi you'll get 1 year warranty, sakin lang pag mga digital or electronics na or multi effects parang mas maganda kung may warranty ka para no worries ka for 1 year, unlike 2nd hand na baka may masira (wag naman) eh magbabayad ka na for repairs agad, just my opinion, we can never say na yung mga binibili nating 2nd hand lalo na yung medyo pricey na multi's or digital effects ay magiging ok parati, pero in my experience wala pa naman akong nabili dito sa PM na nasira agad, just transact wisely, research, and most important eh i test ng mabuti

initially used the ex-1 for volume pedal, i just don't like the feel so i got the ernie ball jr vol pedal (both ex-1 and eb jr courtesy of sir moncseb :-D)

Well, I had the M9 and M13 in one board coz I wanted to engage various effects each song I play and with regard to Distortion pedals, I think that would depend on you. It depends on what you want and the budget. I had the Ibanez Jet Drive, Signa Drive plus Sparkle drive before and sounds good. Added BB Preamp and doubleshot distortion. In conclusion, kanya kanyang taste =)
Footswitches: i clean and shine them before with Metal Polish =) and I think walang replacement yan dito sa Pinas except dalhin mo mismo sa Yupangco then ipapadala nila malamang sa Line6 (just my idea)

Yes kailangan nyo po ng preamp and a DI box if you want to go direct. Or you could buy those new pedals na may feature na pwede na dumiretso sa mixer.

Hi mga sir, hihingi sana ako ng expert advise/idea sa inyo. Recently nakabili ako kay Sir Moncseb ng M13, working sya at sobrang panalo talaga. Sabi ko nga end na ng GAS ko yung M13, late ko na na noticed na kapag ginagamit sya ng matagal nagbe-blurred yung first screen, then kelangan syang i-off ng medyo matagal para bumalik ulit yung screen nya sa normal. Wala naman problem sa tunog nya, yun lang talaga yung sa screen nya nagiging blur pag matagal naka on yung unit. Nainform ko si Sir Monceb regarding sa issue and willing syang mag trade ng ibang unit which is Line6 HD400.. Mga Sir worth it ba na mag go ako sa HD400 or pag tyagaan ko nalang yung issue ng M13 ko?.. btw, 110v po yung M13 with converter po. Thanks.
sir,.. matagal na po akong may m9 at wala po akong na experience na ganyang problem kahit matagal ko cia gamit,.. sa church pag sunday po from 7am to 11:30am cia naka on. pag sat 3pm to 9pm naman. if mas gusto nyo ng effects, i suggest na mag stick kayo sa M series,.. pero if you need the amp sim function, go with the Line6 HD400.

Guys yung M13 ko, namamatay na lang in the middle of the gig kapag nakasaksak siya sa extension na madaming nakasaksak. Orig line 6 adaptor gamit ko pero parang nabuksan na siya kasi nakuha ko na puro electrical tape then nakasaksak siya sa step down converter para maging 220v output. Sa power supply ko kaya mismo may problem? Pero kapag sa direct siya nakasaksak sa outlet, wala naman problem. I'm not sure kung sa adaptor may problem or sa step down converter. Should i replace it? And kung oo san kaya pwedeng bumili ng original line 6 px-2g power supply. Wala kasi sa Yupangco eh. Ang alam ko lang is gumagawa yung Pedal Max.

Baka sakali lang meron pa tao dito
Meron kasi issue yung M9 ko sa LED Screen na prang continuous na umaalon alon mahirap tuloy mabasa yung mga text sa screen, got it 2nd hand used with Mooer 9V AC adaptor designed for multi effects nkalagay
anyone also experiencing the same issue?
