Tip lang based from experience at kay Dr., don't shed more than 2 lbs a week. It can develop Fatty Liver disease at Gallstones. Madalas akong magpapayat, at mabilisan talaga, siguro dahil ng tyaga. Tataba, then magpapapayat after 3 months, then tataba ulet. Ayun, na diagnose ako, sabay sabay last May 2016, Hypertension, Gallstones, Fatty Liver Disease, Dislipidemia. Sabi ng Dr. magkakapatid talaga ang sakit na yan. And walang ibang makakatulong sakin kundi healthy lifestyle. I started 95kg last May, then it came down to 78 kg today. Nag shed ako ng average 2 kg a month. Yun lang yung inadvise ng dr na i lose ko, para hindi daw lumaki lalo yung mga gallstones. Although Im still overweight sa 5'7", I feel much better than before. Stop na rin ang maintenance sa highblood, statins, fish oils at liver supplements. Pinagpatuloy lang ang pagtakbo sa umaga, 4x a week, 1.5 hrs per session. Olive oils (in replacement of other oils), fruits, veggies, chicken, fish, (minimal red meats), honey (in replacement of table sugar). Looking forward for another 8 kg loss then weight maintenance na lang target end of this year.
