yep, yan exactly ung tinuro sa akin ng unang trainor ko when i was about to start my 20lb gain a few years back. an explanation he also explained to me about that eh give one day to build the muscles na binuhat mo the previous day. pag binuhat mo agad un the next day, hindi lahat ng dapat na mab-build na muscle eh mab-build. but i think that only goes for beginners na hindi pa sanay ung katawan, not sure though.any thoughts on this?
Depends on the muscle. I squat every training with varying levels of difficulty (I have heavy, light and medium days) and do deadlift every other session but I can walk away from the barbell still walk straight.Recovery is just as important as focusing on compounds first before doing single jointed exercises. Beginner man o advanced trainee na. Unless you're injured or competing for a bodybuilding competition where proportion is important criteria.Alternating bench press/pullups and press/clean/dips throughout the week ought to be enough work already for the shoulder for beginners.
ok lang ba kahit puro push ups lang ang gawin? di din kasi naman ako nakakapunta sa gym eh.

dapat whole body work out para mas mabilis lumaki tol. better go to gym sayang lang ang pagod kung sa bahay ka lang

hi, im 19 years old. 5'4" height, di ko alam weight ko..okay lang ba yung ganito..kasi may weights kame dito sa bahay, nagbebench press ako, sit ups, push ups, tapos yung sa pang braso tapos yung ibang di ko alam yung tawag..pano ba dapat ang diet kapag nagwowork out?
1st height and weight is a must2nd you must have target mass, rip or just healthy diet3rd what bone do you have ??

you got it wrong baby. sabi kasi nya push ups ang ginagawa nya and pull ups. what i meant is that dapat lahat ng muscles mo ay naeexercise. hindi ko sinabi na whole body every work out . ito ang program ko gayahin mo 1st day20mins cardio before and afterchest+ triceps(supersets pareho)2nd day20mins cardio before and afterback+ biceps(supersets pareho)3rd day20mins cardio before and afterlegs+ shoulders(supersets pareho)( sinasamahan ko na lang ng biceps or triceps pag marami pang oras)

not so sure! but im so sure but extra jos some energy drink surely damage the liver....
