basta inom ka lang pre. follow the instructions on the canister/bag/box. ok lang kung during o post workout. may explanation online, you have take this x grams of protein per pound(your weight) pero i find it uneconomical dahil gagawin mong main source ng body fluid yung whey drink araw araw. thats about 2-3 servings with 4-5 scoops per serving. wala pang 20 days ubos na 5lbs pack mo.
