Thanks bro. Yup I was able to load EZ by inserting a soft synth in Sonar 7.

I plan to trigger it using my TD3. Just have to buy a USB-MIDI cable.

Using my Lenovo x200, I experience a slight latency just by tapping on the drums using the mouse. I installed ASIO4ALL but it still the same.

Anyway, not sure if I need to buy an external sound card like Presonus or buy a MAC he he  :-D

you will benefit more with an external interface than buying a new laptop...

You really need to buy an external soundcard.

Meron po ba marunong magdownload ng Addictive Drums Software sa torrent?
Patulong sana ko...

roland v-drums td4-k review
« Reply #33 on: November 27, 2010, 09:05:08 PM »
isa po ako sa mga nag-gamble sa TD4-k na roland electric drums. wala ako masyado matanungan for reviews so when i bought it, i was really gambling. masakit din kasi medyo may kamahalan.

share ko lang... sobrang ganda nung tunog nya, may round robin programing sila para di pare-pareho ung sounds kada palo simulating accustic drums... at perfect for recording, walang ambient noise. ung bounce malapit na sa totoong drums pero hindi pa din perfect, mga 75% na ok. may konting glitch sa program pero 95% ok. ung sa kick perfect pag single peds... pag double di makahanap ng magandang pwesto... kasi ung pinaka-center lang nya ung sensitive. pag nasa center ung isang beater ung isa pa wala sa center, mahina na... pag inaverage mo... parehong beater mahina. ung hi-hats stationary... di nagoopen at close, it takes a little time to get used to.

cons: its very expensive... 55k to be exact. you'll need to buy an amp if you want to be heard.. and you cant just buy any amp... it has to be full range. ung pang keyboard. its not 100% like an accustic drum.

pros: the sound is completely adjustable... you can even turn it off (and just use headphones) perfect for home use. its perfect for recording.

all in all i'd give it 4 stars... if given a choice, i'd buy it again. i can play it anytime i want at home... nang walang nagagalit dahil maingay.

I will rave about the TD4-k as well.

I never thought I would get an eletric...but I moved to a location where I couldn't have an acoustic kit.  It's been great for practice. I don't use a double pedal, so I was ok witht eh single pedal kick pad set up. I only use 2 toms, so i took out the other pad and converted it to a cymbal sound.  You can change sounds per pad... how cool is that?

Unlike the older eletric drum kits, this one feels more real. You can adjust the tension on the snare to your preference. It's got the close and open hi-hat sounds, even semi open. you can choke the cymbals, built in metronome, you can record your stuff, it's easy to stuff into a car and bring to parties. :)  All good stuff.

Probably the only con i have is that i don't have the right headphones for it. there is a "Sabog" bass sound when you do mutiple beats on the tom... maybe that's just on my roland.

Hi Sir Pearlboy,

I too have this kit and as equally satisfied with it as you are.

regarding the double peds, i mounted it in such a way that both beaters have the same distance from the center. i just adjusted the pad sensitivity to compensate for the offset. a good +2 clicks on the bass pad sensitivity does the job. try it sir, it works like a charm.

hope this helps
