sarap k

I write the notes down, for accuracy purposes.

Then practice the counts, and eventually I learn to feel it. After being comfortable with the fills, I can innovate more, spread the fills throughout the kit, parang nag-o-automatic ka na (RLRR-LRLL) around the kit. Different sound, but same concept.

Nabasa ko matagal na sa Drumming magazine yata: Enjoy playing the drums and feel it. Don't think too much, to a point that everyone can hear you thinking.

ganyan din ako years and years ago sa mundo ng pagtambol hehe.

so more on feel the drum fill din ako but only if i did my part to learn the fills an all technical aspect
that needed to be covered first para mas may laya to be creative or sound more spontaneous if called for that.
