Normally, a major price determinant is the location of the rehearsal studio.

Skunk, tip lang.  Pipeline just closed its operations and that leaves the new Concertech studios along Jupiter street and Tonequest. 

Many bands currently looking for new alternatives in the area. 

One advantage coming your way is that you could charge a little higher.
