yeah...blind melon fan here. IMHO, like a lot of you has said, one of the best guitar duos ever. Ang galing nung dalawa as a duo. Pag solo, classic na rhythm yung isa, solo yung isa. pag rhythm parts, they each have their ow licks. Yung isa normally funk, yung isa naman, riff. I honestly can't tell who from who pag rhythm. Pero pag solo, correct me if I'm wrong, si roger stevens kadalasan.
Best work for me was the very raw firt album. but Soup and Nico were equally awesome.
Astig din yung duos ni Dave and Tirso, as well sa Black Crowes. Dave and Tirso alam mo talaga kung sino nag solo or not. Madali ma-distinguish kasi mas malagkit si Dave. Sa Black Crowes naman, astig din kaso lang paiba-iba sila ng second guitars. Para silang Chili Peppers na halos every album palit ng gitara. Natitira lang talaga si Rich Robinson(but I think he left na rin).
