Windows XP: Switching profiles freezes computer

 hi im using a windows xp sp3

everytime i switch profiles the pm hangs up..

i also noticed that accessing the task manager i can use the mouse again but wala na ako magawa but to log off the account..
(goes for all accounts din i have 4 profiles here)

Try logging in to safe mode kung walang crash in that mode, may kasama sa start up items na nag cause ng crash lalo na sa profiles. Login ka using Administrator account (main admin account) then start ka na mag troubleshoot.
