Hong kong holds a special place in my heart...hehehe...thats where I popped the question eh..and gave the ring...bwahaha..nakakatawa kasi..hirap tumiming..nasa bag ko lang yung singsing..it took me the whole day tumiming..muntikan ko na magawa during the day sa victoria peak..uneasy ako nun and di ako makatiming..so the evening came..nood kami yung light show sa tsim sha tsui promenade..hahaha after the show..sabi ko upo muna..ganda kasi ng view looking at hongkong island and yung skyline..tapos yun na..sabi ko picture tayo..tiniming ko pa yung timer ng cam sa tripod..so sakto pag click..BOOM! hahahahaha...ahhhhh...I really had a great time there..ganda ng vibe doon...buhay na buhay and lots of lovely architecture...

Yun oh! Kaya pala memorable sa iyo ang HK, specifically Tsim Tsa Sui ... hindi pala dahil sa Tom Lee.

Found a Parson shop near tom lee, a five minute walk towards ISquare.
This is the one opposite the famous Chungking Building.

It's on the fourth floor Parsons Music.
You walk in the floor is made of tempered glass and behind it is the Slash signature LP.
Next step is some Gibson tied to a Transformers franchise.

Next one to that IS the Page LP.
They had a Gibson VOS going for HK$50,000.
They had a J200 Epiphone that sounded sweet for HK$4000 plus.

A micro terror, dual terror, dark terror  Orange amps.
This store is definitely brand new and a bit small but definitely worth checking out if you want to see some Gibsons.

Hung hom is a bit far away, these 2 stores are located really near each other. That's the cool thing about it.

buti na up ulit tong thread na to. pupunta rin kami sa hk sa december, at dun ako bibilinng second guitar ko. choices ko ay fender classic player jaguar special hh or fender johnny marr jaguar, meron ba ditong galing tom lee hk na nakita yung prices ng mga gitarang to? nagsesale naman sila siguro tuwing christmas, swerte na sa presyo kung discounted na yung list price (i mean, $1000 sa fender, naging $800 sa kanila, example lang) tapos sale pa.

What is wrong with this shop? Sales people who are arrogant and clueless, $50,000 custom shop relic fenders just being precariously placed on top counters. &19,000 EJ strats just on the floor racks on a corner of a busy pathway.

I went their to buy a Boss TE2 yesterday i asked them do you have a new one and they said only the display....i said okay ill take it. Then he tells me there is no box for it. I tell him i want a box and prefer a new one.

He said it will take him 4 months. i asked him you mean to tell me you have it on display....for sale and THAT is the only BOSS TE2 in HK!!??

Told me he will call the other shops and call me on Thursday.

I ufikncg hate that shop.  When my amp was acting up i wanted to take it to them coz i bought it there and they told me they are not the distributor for Gibson anymore. I told them well it is still an amp and you fixed it once when the switch was broken.

They said they couldnt help me there anymore.

 Im glad they lost the license to sell Gibsons.

In shanghai, they had a big store before...they sell everything overpriced..and they dont even have much stuff available..service was bad..hey closed up shop pretty quickly..My only regret is i wasnt in SH when they closed up shop..couldve have talked with manegers to let go of their branded,aging and dusty display models..they even had a am std strat with a huge chunk of paint peeling off...couldve made a nice relic..hehehe
