What has youtube made you feel, before i started watching, i thought i was pretty good. I now know i suck.

ive just learned some licks through youtube

i dont have any other sources more than youtube

i know a lot of musicians out there, but im just so "anti-social"!

^That's the good thing about YouTube, though. I have to admit, I've also learned a lot of things from watching many videos there. But isn't "watching" or ostensive learning perhaps the best way to know a couple of things, if not most things?

Listening to others make music is awesome, daming magaling! And having your music available for more people, which normally eh mga sikat lang ang may opportunity, is a great thing. It doesn't make anyone suck, it just shows the many talents out there, and how they differ from each other, also mapapansin mo rin yung differences in opinion and preferences.

minsan nakakawalang gana mag-gitara yung magagaling sa youtube. pero kahit papano nakakainspire pa din naman sila para mag-practice pa ako.

Seeing other musicians better than you, is a great plus. why? bec. you'll be inspired to practice more, work harder, adding extra hours on those scales,finger dexterity excersises, so on so forth. In my experience, any musician that I've met who said that they are already good, was stuck as to were they are,no more improvements, magaling na daw sila,hangang doon nalang sila. I always say to my self "maraming pa akong bigas na kakainin" and true enough nalampasan ko na iyng mga nagyayabang sa akin, hehehe Utube is a great insperation

pero masarap manuod... makes me want to try harder and practice more...

i already know i suck but i also know that im good. it dependes on who I'm/you're comparing myself/yourself to... i also dont need youtube to inspire me. i practice and play guitar because i want to, (fun/leisure/enjoyment/ jamming with other musicians/ make people sing along etc...) not because someone is better than me and i need to be better than them....
