Are the Arion, Century, Denio, Boston and Behringer Reverb Pedals Moddable?

By moddable:

Can you improve their parts and buffering?
Can you true bypass them?
Who does these things?

Century, Denio, Boston pedals i think are moddable.

Behringer uses SMD. tiny little parts. moddable din. that is if you have robot-precise hands :D kaya naman siguro. with Behringer kasi it's more "use it if you like it".

i used to have GTX pedals (Boston Eng'g. family) but sold/traded both. Behringer lang ang meron sa board ko from the above pedals mentioned. the buffers are pretty fine i think.

or better yet, ask Sir BAMF. he does many things to these inexpensive gems!

I Did PM him a few days ago, no reply yet...

i added Arion Pedals to the list..

Wanna have them Modded so they'll be better buffered and warmer (more vintagey)..

Ah. Sori di ako nakasagot agad. Wala kasi akong sagot na maganda. But sige eto. There is a mod available for delays which I think can be ported to reverb pedals. So yeah, I believe that a minimal mod (the analog mod) will make all the pedals you listed sound warmer. And yes we got the organicore scalarizer pa if you want it.

Naku. I've never had a reverb pedal. The only one I played with was chito_eoi's RV5. Okay naman sya. I have a DD3 naman which you can set to "reverb" settings so I never really GASSED for a reverb. Plus of course my multis.

But let's make your list shorter. Century and Denio are one and the same, sa rubber pad lang nagkakaiba.

The cut-off problem for the Boston Delay is where the sound would get cut off for  a fraction of a second when you step on the bypass.

I have a passive mixer mod which, on paper, is supposed to cure the cut-off. It might not give trails tho, but the clean signal will not get cut out. Do you have a Boston Delay? Wanna be my first guinea pig for it ? :-D

Woah, someone has an Arion Reverb?  :-o Those are hard to find gems! And I personally think hindi na dapat imod yan.

Slightly OT, can anyone rehouse an Arion Stereo Distortion (SDI-1) here?

Can a Delay possibly emulate a reverb effect??

Kahit hindi naman makuha reverb types just enough reverb to wet the signal to give it depth?

Or

Is there a Mod that will enable a Delay to emulate Reverberation kahit walang Room type (hall, cathedral).

If Yes!! Sino Meron Boston Delay na 2nd hand!!! Papamod ko na kay sir BAMF!!

Can a digital delay pedal emulate a reverb effect if you make it emulate an analog delay? Im not after the reverb type functions or any bells and whistles, just enough reverb effect to wet the signal and give it depth.

is it possible?

in a nutshell DIGITAL DELAY + MOD = REVERB EFFECT??

If Yes....

Sino meron 2nd hand na Delay!!!

Hehehehe!!!

Why yes. Ganito kasi yan...yung mga delay very exact ang slapback nyan...exact reproductions of the original signal. Eh in nature, hindi naman ganun ang nangyayari. The slapbacks get degraded which each "return". So yun that's what the analog delay mod does, it degrades the slapback and makes it sound more like an echo than a delay.

I can dust off my DD3 if you want to hear it in person.

As HXC pointed out, Behringers are stll moddable. Since analog delay mods are quite unintrusive and are more circuit additions rather than part substitutions, then yeah, I guess the analog mod will work on Behringers as well.
