Its been just 5 days since i got my Zoom G2 and im still looking for my tone. Here's what i got so far. Lemme know what you guys think and lemme know how i can improve on it. Umm.. Pardon my sloppy playing..

Here's my setup
guitar: Ibanez Talman w/ P90
pickup position: bridge for the OD/distortion, middle for all the cleans
Zoom G2 plugged in straight to my soundcard
No other effects used, just the amp sims

Please dont click on hi-fi, its playing really slow. Dunno what's wrong but im working on it..

cno zoom G2 users dito? tanong ko lang what pinag kaiba ng extra eq sa cab sim... pang record lang ba ung cab sim? or pede rin sa live? sugestions?tnx

I prefer having the cab sim on all the time. But im not sure yet though, i havent had the chance to gig with it.. Suggestions from other users would be helpful.

I really like the Vox AC30 for the clean.
Can you do anything to remove the "strat-ness" of the sound? Or is it really because of the P-90's?

Sir which one did you use? I'm sure my patches still has some room for improvement so im still in the process of tweaking and retweaking...

pwede rin sa live kung gusto, pero recording talaga yun.

I always have my cab sim on. With it turned off, it sounds really bad.. Are you getting the same result?

I agree. Although sometimes the cab sim can sound a little too treble-y.

Yup its too ear piercing sometimes especially when i use both my neck and bridge pickup. But it sounds really fat too so i just back off the treble and adjust the tone a bit. What kinda guitar are you using with it?

A Suzuki Strat with a Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge postion. I use the G2.1u
