Yo, I've been having trouble with my left foot. I just switched to twin pedals and still getting the hang of it. I know I need more practice, but with my busy schedule, I have zero time to do 'em.
Do you guys have any practice on how to build dynamics, power and speed on your feet (specially your left foot),
without using any pedal? It's effect would be similar to playing air drums. In that way I can do those in the office, or anywhere and anytime I want to. If you guys could be specific as to how you do it (heel down, heel up, foot slide, swivels and the likes), I would gladly appreciate it. I believe that I'm not the only one having this problem, and it would greatly benefit to all of us who share the same barrier. Thanks in advance!
