BWISIT ANG CDR KING....

10:50am (kabubukas lang ng SM mall)

3 lang kami sa loob (customer) samantalang andami dami nila (sales person) sa loob... tsk tsk.. may pa-number number pa sila nalalaman... it takes 20mins.. bago matawag yung number mo... i personally dont like their attack sa customer service nila...

Agreed. I hate the CDR-King queuing system.

They don't look understaffed, but that number thing takes way too long. Ang daming nagwawalk-out sa branch namin, most of them students who drop their numbers cause they have classes. The longest I've waited was one and a half hours. Sometimes, I end up buying DVD-R's from Octagon (even if the CD prices are unreasonable) because I'm sure I'll be in and out in a jif.

Now for REAL PC retailers... I dislike PC Corner. Just cause their staff members don't have an iota of a clue about the products they're selling. I can tech-talk some guys from PC Express and (especially!) PC Options, especially when I need opinions about models I'm not aware about. Sa PC Corner naman kasi, parang basta salesladies pinapasok nila eh.

I agree about PC corner having crappy sales and after sales service.

I love the PC express branch near Ateneo though, I have a sales person there that I ask to assist me every time I buy something from there. Although I've heard a lot of scary stories sa other branches of PC express esp. sa Main nila.

CDR king hahaha.
Ive always asked the sales person about a certain product and they say that they dont have it, then i point out the product just behind them  

badtrip lang pag di ko makita sa displays yung kelangan ko at dahil walang alam sa buhay ang mga sales nila eh wala akong magagawa. Buti nalang may kalaban na sila sa sm fairview. Go to cd option, they have good service 


Also the computer shop between PC domain and PChub, napapagitnaan nila, i forgot the name pero puro babae ang sales nila. Mga ungas amfuta ni hindi alam kung ano ang ATI. Kung di ko pa tinuro yung ATI HD3650 sa bintana nila haha  

Sa SOS naman sa groundfloor ng sm fairview sabi sakin ng salesman, geforce 9500gt daw ang pinakamalakas ngayon sa market at wala pa daw nilalabas na mas malakas dun

Ok naman ang CD-King sa Pioneer branch..

aside from the "get a number then wait eons to be called" scheme nila eh maganda na din yung napapatambay ako dun kahit sandali..it gave me time to ogle and meet the cute chick customers
