Batman Arkham Asylum crashes to desktop

Anyone playing this game and this happened?

Ive been playing for a few minutes, andun palang ako sa arkham at kakatakas lang ni joker.
pagkatapos ko gulpihin yung ilang thugs at tatakbo sa next corridor eh magcacrash and exit to desktop.

Ive tried lowering and tweaking game settings to no avail.
does the 1.1 patch fix this?

Im using an nvidia card btw, because the game ran perfectly on my nephew's ati

sa pagkakaalala ko, hindi naman nangyari sakin 'to. NVIDIA GTX 260 vidcard ko.

Probable na di compatible yun games sa videocard

got this working sa laptop with ati radeon 3650 perfectly
gusto kong tapusin kaya lang need nya may profile ka on-line
para nasasave progress m..pero pag nagquit ka sa games
magsisimula ka ulit hayzt..
kaya kung lalaruin sya eh halos di ka na matulog..

Help naman sa mga nakatapos na nito..
panu matapos ito ng mabilis at yun maisave progress
kahit magclose ng games

Siguro luma na sya, yung nakuha ko kasi sa *secret*, cracked, pwedeng gumawa ng offline account using windows live na nasasave ang progress just like assassin's creed 2 na ginawa ng ubisoft. And yung glitch for pirates ay hindi sa performance ng game but the actions of Batman in the game. The batclaw, the gliding, glide kick etc etc.

I finished the game btw.
