"Christmas and Beyond" features 12 tracks which blend Folk, Pop and New Age, with maybe a sprinkle of Jazz. There are old favourite Carols given a modern twist, such as "See Amid the Winter Snow" and "Silent Night", but also new tracks such as the very Fast and Folky "Vanessa's Reel", the bouncy dance number "Nice One Perri" and the gentle Accoustic "Kids on Rainbows". The haunting vocals of Jessica Dale add to the atmosphere on "Wonderous Story" which is their take on the old hymn "I will sing the Wonderous Story". It's Brassy. It's enjoyable. It's fun, and it's a perfect musical experience for Christmas.
