If you bought it within the last few years, it's a 7200rpm drive.
If the data cable is ribbon-type, (flat and broad) it's IDE. If the cable is slim, it's SATA.
10,000rpm drives are uncommon, and so are SCSI ones. Your drive is 5400rpm only if it's really old. As for Green drives go, only the "Green editions" are "Green". (ex. Western Digital Caviar Green)
So there's a good chance your drive is IDE 7200rpm or SATA 7200rpm depending on the connector used.
